Specifically asked for a 1g cart multiple times and live resin, lady was so high she forgot I wanted a gram cart and convinced me to get a 47$ half gram cart. When I came back in after noticing she’d given me a half g instead of a g cart she said she can’t do anything because I opened the box. Never coming back here

Bought a cartridge only to find out when I got home it is a broken cartridge, came back to get exchange or get a refund and they declined me saying it has to be returned within 24 hours. I’ve spent so much money here supporting this location because I loved the service and friendly staff, even just filled out their stamp card. I thought when you buy something from anywhere it’s suppose to come working? Wasn’t compensated in any way just “sorry”. Honestly afraid of this happening again so I won’t come back.

Horrible experience to start the day. Old 60 year old woman was extremely rude when I asked to put an item away that I did not ask for.Do not recommend coming here as they clearly do not train their staff to give good service to customers and seems like they try to force stuff on you to buy.Will never come here again. Horrible overrated prices and questionable selection of bud compared to other dispensaries close by.

Having your ID checked at the door is hit or miss. But unfortunately they got me with a half a month expired ID AND even though anyone over 25 doesn’t need one and I am above that the man wasn’t sure because of my expired ID. Went out of my way to shop here and I never will again because of this! Again, sometimes literally nobody checks my ID at the Burlington store but god forbid it’s less than one month expired.

Saturday night service was absolutely terrible. My boyfriend and I are regulars and we were stuck waiting at the counter while 2 employees were working and the 1 stood there staring at us (not helping) while counting a jar of nickels and dimes. As soon as a customer stepped in the door behind us the money counter jumped to help them and continued to ignore us and leave us waiting confused and upset. Our Uber left while waiting for us because they took too long, resulting in us having to find another mode of transportation. Very disappointing.

Great first experience. Called beforehand to set something aside with no hassle. Wanted to glance at a menu quick on arrival - they had a clear menu that was easy to navigate and select from. Friendly staff. Good prices. SO happy to have a shop right on Burloak as Oakville still isn't opting into shops as of August 2022. Crazy what Oakville is missing out on! Pearls over progress.
