Mr. Lube + Tires

I have always received excellent service and support from this Mr. Lube and today was no exception. I dealt primarily with Sagan (sp?) who was proficient, skilled, kind, friendly and informative. He took the time to explain what was needed and why and answered any questions I had. Fantastic service.Overall the shop was incredibly busy, and my experience in speaking with the four or five staff that I did was they were all nothing short of pleasant, knowledge, competent, patient and friendly despite the shop being filled to capacity.I'll continue to return here as my preferred shop without hesitation.

When excellent service is given it should be praised. It started off with being greeted with a free newspaper while waited. Professional staff, efficient, friendly, detailed on all aspect... Light, filters, lined doors, topped up fluids. Will be suing this place again.

Fantastic experience at Mr. Lube! Jas was fantastic and gave me a great deal on new tires! The staff were very helpful and explained everything thoroughly and properly. Complimentary coffee and water also!! Will definitely be returning here.

My vehicle was leaking some fluid and I stopped at Me.Lube in Peterborough to have them take a look.The team is wonderful. They were so kind and helpful in diagnosing the problem.They needed me to do something in the car so one of the service technicians stayed and kept my little one occupied and were so friendly. They even gave an activity book, crayons, and a balloon.Excellent and quality service and the best part was that they had me back on the road in no time and all this by 11:30AM on a Sunday of the Canada Day long weekend.Thank you againSonia

I have been coming to Mr Lube for 5 years and their customer service has always been fantastic. Today we had Sagar taking care of of us, he was very friendly and explained all of our maintenance needs clearly and professionally. We also had Jasskran service our vehicle, he gave us a great deal on new tires. The whole team around were great and were clearly working very hard. I'm very grateful that this Mr Lube has such great staff.

I was on a road trip on my brand new tires that I just purchased last week. One hour into the six hour trip I had a nail puncture my tire. I stopped at this location to get some help. They were so knowledgeable, kind and quick to respond. They repaired the tire, and I was back on my way in no time. Thanks so much, Mr Lube! Duane was a new employee but was great. He pointed outnissues and explained everything he did and why. He made suggestions for future visits and he is definitely someone they should strive to keep on. I bring in 5 vehicles and have for years well before ownership currently there, and Duane was the o ly one to go out-of highway to make sure you understand why he is doing what he is doing.He mentioned about my drain plug looking a little beat-up and rounded out and had at some point had sealant sprayed on it.... this car is in every 5k and no one has ever mentioned to me about this in the 370,000 km I have put on it. Good for you Duane... very pleased here.

Been here twice when I have needed an urgent oil change & both times have not been a good experience. Nice enough guys, but the upselling is just crazy, they tried to tell me (among many other things) that I needed a brand new filter when they changed it themselves last time I was there. My first time there they left a hose disconnected which cost me a trip to the mechanics, the second time my battery light came on immediately after leaving, they said “it must have been on before and you didn’t see it” & “maybe you hit a bump and it came loose,” but I saw the guy yanking on the connectors when he was checking under the hood, which is not part of an oil change.An easy fix, which they did, but they refused to take accountability for the issue.

Jass and team were amazing! First time here and they took the time to explain everything and really look after all aspects of the car. The service was absolutely fantastic and no wait times. So convenient, no appointments needed I will definitely be back. Thank you so much!!!
