Very rude service!The girl that takes your order is extremely unfriendly and didn’t want to serve me in English even though I don’t understand French yet as I just immigrated!And the quality as well is very poor compared to other competitors!Will not come back here again with this unfriendly customer service!!!

Love the product but the owner should definitely be aware of their employee health. I do understand maximizing profit but don't overwork your staff like this! I mean clearly they are struggling to provide. I would resign on the spot

Very tasty drink however it took a lot of time and it seems like the staff was wasting time talking to themselves and watching their phones.

Really good bubble milk tea, the drinks are a bit too sweet so it’s a good idea to ask for a bit less sugar.

Everything was standard except for the drink Itself. I often get banana (milk) with tapioca but this time it didn’t really taste like anything but sweet milk:(The other 2 drinks were good tho. But this isn’t close to the quality of L2 Lounge in mtl

Great staff, the person that served me was training someone at the same time. I bought 3 milk matcha and they had no tapioca left and offer another product similar so it was ok. Great refreshing drink.I recommend this place for people trying out bubble tea.

L2 was my go to bubble tea place, however recently I bought a drink from L2 and received an overcook tapioca. It was tasteless and hard. Im disappointed because I’ve spend at-least 50$ on their drinks on that day. Their staff members are nice and hardworking but the price I paid for the drinks completely disappointed.
