Worst Walmart location! Can’t even get a hold of anyone at customer service. Every time I order groceries online, they messed up the order, things are missing, and no one even answers the number for me to call and check in horrible service. Half the stuff you order expecting to get the same day, ends up being shipped a week later. Online ordering is a waste of time

Electronic staff on 7/6/23 were extremely rude to me and my husband. We bought a 70 inch tv and they couldn’t get anyone to come carry it out, or even to the front of the store. they did a small page once to the wrong section and refused to make another page. We were waiting there for over 15 minutes waiting until we took it out and my husband had to load it himself because im pregnant. Unbelievable horrible customer service.

Had a good selection of products at reasonable prices. I was able to get all of my vitamins, supplements and protein powders at this location. They have a good selection of skincare and makeup as well. While shopping in the cosmetics section, the associate responsible for that department was definitely following shoppers around and not being discreet at all. When I was finished shopping, she said to me that all items had to paid for before leaving the cosmetics section, which is understandable. The associate would benefit from being a bit more discreet while still following loss prevention standards. It is unsettling, regardless of race or economic status, to have an associate follow you around while shopping.Overall, this Walmart is good with a lot of good merchandise. You need to pay $1 to get a cart, which I've never seen at any other Walmart that I've visited in Canada. I visited around 930pm on a Sunday evening and it was PACKED. Will likely return.

I don't know if this is Walmart issue or a Blackburn Security issue, but I was just at the Walmart in Clareview and I bought 4 items. I use the self checkout because it's quick and I have social anxiety, add to that two of my items were a private matter. Of course they have no bags, so I carried the items in my hand along with receipt. I passed the security guard and when I went through the gate, it beeped. I showed him my receipt and he proceeded to ask if the gloves I was holding in my hand were purchased as well. It's cold outside, that's why I had my gloves. I said no, and he said I have to go to customer service. Customer Service were great. I told them the issue and they re-scanned my items for me and checked them off on the receipt and said I was good. I went back. Before going through the gate, another lady went through with her cart and the gate beeped so he sent her to customer service. I went through the gate and it beeped for me as well, so he stopped me and wanted to know if I went to customer service and what did they say. I felt like I was on trial and I had to prove my case. I showed him the receipt and the tick marks they made to prove that the items were scanned. So he finally lets me through. I don't know if the gate needs to be fixed or this security guy needs to check his attitude but it was certainly an uncomfortable experience for me. I'm even considering not coming back to Walmart unless it's a dire emergency. God forbid if you buy maxi-pads, I can just imagine the embarrassment!

My experience at this location its grungy , the front including the parking lot is gross. From the bums hanging outside to the teenagers grotesque spitting an crowding the front ain't much to be excited about or impressed when it comes to this location.Staff are rude , floor staff can never be found an if you do find them their hiding in the back on their phones,Security is a joke , the dude thinks he's the flipping turban Hercules god of Walmart shades on an chest puffed out , yet just stands there an does nothing but being a frontI really think management should be coached better on how to run a store

Just a typical Walmart, store is clean, Staff are nice, but more cashiers are needed, as self checkout is a nightmare. This store in particular runs out of sale items very quickly. Best to go early for the deals/sales

I have placed an order online (June 18th to be delivered )June 19th between 7 & 9 pm as I have done multiple times without any issue. Until now, they have usually called me when they arrive, which was also in my delivery instructions to do so. My husband and I both at home waiting for the order. I had received a text message notification saying that my order was delivered, no phone call was received so I checked my tracking and it was still showing it was on its way. When it did say it was delivered about 10 minutes later still not a phone call I felt I would just go look as I did have an issue with one order that had said it was delivered but the driver had taken it back to the store after multiple texts and phone conversations they found the driver had not tried to contact to me at all and brought the order back to the store after telling them he tried to contact me when he hadn’t, they then contacted me and made arrangements with another driver to do the delivery. We did receive that order 2.5 hrs after the actual expected delivery time. Now i have sent a chat and spoke with someone who told me to wait until end of day for the order to come and call the next day if it does not come. i did not wait i tried calling at 8:55 pm but they already closed so I have called and spoke with customer service whom which has told me that his supervisor will be contacting me by email within 48-72 hours. Now i find this unreasonable as now we are in need of groceries and don’t feel i should have to go spend another $200 when i should have my groceries. Now is it company policy to just drop groceries outside of an apartment building in a not so good neighborhood without actually speaking to the purchaser of those groceries ? And handing them to the person personally to insure proper delivery. Now we are waiting 3-5 days before anything will be even looked at. When they had taken my payment immediately without me getting my groceries.
