Clean vehicle. Brushes were a little extreme, water spots all over the glass. Attendant was great in helping me for the first time there. Loved the fact he power washed the vehicle and my windows that have vents on them. Had A LOT of build up from other washes under the vents.

Mariah was the pre-wash attendant today with the most beautiful smile from ear to ear! If you drive a jeep they give you a cute little friend for your dash and it definitely made my day so much brighter! Thank you Mariah!

I was a little worried that my light bar would be damaged since it sticks out a little further than my bumper. To my surprise, no damage. There was some water still on my car, but they offer washcloths to hand dry the rest, which is nice. Kalyn gave the effort to really make sure bugs and bird... droppings... were cleaned off before I even entered the car wash. She even gave my dog a milk bone.

I got the max car wash for $25.00, however the car wash didn’t seem to do the wash job I expected. My windshield is still full of bugs and some bugs still on the front of my vehicle. Also my car rims still looked dirty. The last thing was at the end of the car wash it was unclear if I needed to put into gear and started to pull me back into the car wash. Not sure if I will return for another try. Thanks for the rubber duck. Mariah, the staff member working gets 5 Stars she was very nice and polite.

Stopped in for a quick vehicle wash today. Dusty was the attendant working, and he did a great job spraying down my vehicle prior to going through the wash. I was impressed by how many bugs he was able to spray off. It almost looked like a new vehicle when I came out.Great job Dusty!!

Went through and scratched my car on the right side. Obviously they wouldn’t address the issue or take ownership. As a customer I shouldn’t have to be a liability due to their faulty equipment. Employees push you through fast as if they have better things to do then their main purpose of being in the workplace

Came yesterday for a single wash since this was my first time visiting zips, Jomei throughly explained the membership benefits politely and helped me sign up for one once I was convinced and my car came out the wash spotless!
