Columbia Property Management kicked my mother out who was diagnosed with cancer only months before the abrupt eviction over rent that was paid to which they claimed it was not. My mother is 72 years old, there’s no way she would jeopardize her situation considering her age as well as health. One individual from Columbia stated “she should seek palliative as she may not be around much longer anyhow” …. I mean wow!! If I knew who it was that said that to her, I would give them an earful. So disgusted!

I don’t know many real state here but believe me this his is the worst. this company does not care about the customer only cares about the money. I share this experience so that they do not go through what I go through, they do not accept their mistakes and believe that they do us a favor

Slum lords. I stayed in one of there rentals and I could not move out fast enough. The A/C broke down during the summer and didn't get it fixed nor replace it. I had to find my own window ac. The guy renting beside me was a nightmare. Even with the cops coming and all the damage he caused they would not get him out. Many more horrors and lack of concern to there property.

Am using their services as a renter for the 2nd time. Usually pretty on board with emergency repair. Building manager accessible as well. My current landlord which will be no longer in 1 week was just hard to deal with. All problems had to be negotiated to the T and to fix a poor flushing toilet system, he told me to use a paper clip. None of his repair or brilliant ideas held up, yet rising the rent yearly. Anyway, I feel in a better place now

I was at the hardware store today trying to load some sheets of drywall into my truck by myself. One of the vans for the company pulled up and the guy ran over and gave me hand loading my vehicle without me asking. Super cold day. Really grateful for the helping hand!

Inadequate and completely unprofessional. I recommend any other property management company besides CPM. Horrible service and communication. Take your money elsewhere for management of a strata.

I don't know....so....many....things.... Columbia does know....so....many....things....about propery management.Tenent placement including background checks, inspections, financial management, repair scheduling, vacancy maintenance, complaint management....Couldn't have done it without them!

I've lived here for almost 4 years. Work a full time job on the reserve walk to and from work and I'm now being evicted because I had dishes on my counter. I've had a hole in my roof for the past 3 years and also my bathroom sink won't drain and I've asked several times for it to be fixed. And I'm being evicted as I only have a select amount of time at home and I use it to eat and sleep.
