They book everything, service and detailing and then when you go there on arrival they will tell you, that their person for detailing isn't available, this happened 2 times with me. Why can't they let you know in advance so that you don't waste your day. After service forgot to reset oil change update and I kept on getting messages, so annoying.

Firstly we had bought 2 vehicles from them in the past but never would again. The customer service is terrible not very friendly at all. Had to call them after 4 hours to ask what the problem was. Had an appointment at 11:15 am but had to wait for 1/2 hour for them to move all the other cars out. Never thanked us for choosing Roy Foss just got a very cold feeling about this place. I guess we don’t drive a high end vehicle so car was not even rinsed off but yet my husband heard another lady picking up her high end vehicle and they said it was being washed. Would definitely not bring my vehicle back there for any service whatsoever.

I had a routine oil change at Roy Foss and what an enjoyable experience. The waiting room was clean and of course complimentary warm drinks are available while you wait. They also ran my car through the car wash and charge a similar price as some of the other quick oil change operations.

My last experience/service appointment at GMC was beyond disappointing. My family and I have been loyal customers here since we purchased our car back in 2016. We had a service appointment last week for an oil change. I had requested for the service representative to take a look at my wipers since they were slightly elevated up from the winter season. Throughout the day, the service representative called me and advised me that I needed to change the module in my wipers and I would need to pay $1000 on top of them diagnosing my wipers (which was $170 I was never informed about). When I asked the representative what the $170 was for, he indicated that it to scan my wipers.When I requested for a copy of the scan to confirm what the issue is, the representative wouldn’t provide me with it. Instead of scamming your customers, you should be taking care of your loyal customers. Will not be returning here for ANY service appointment and I wouldn’t recommend anyone does.

Amazing service, ever time I come in the atmosphere is calm pleasant and relaxing.I’ve been to other dealerships where they try to cheat you, argue and plain old just don’t care about your vehicle. I pass three other dealerships (where I bought cars from) to come here for my service because of the satisfaction I feel when leaving that they have taken care of me and my vehicle. I definitely recommend anyone looking to buy, lease or needing service to come see the great team here.

Terrible experience. My daughter took our Buick in for the regular service which she has done consistently since she bought it in 2016. She asked to have the wiper system looked at as the wipers do not sit in the closed position. The wipers work fine front & rear in all positions. Don’t know why they scanned the vehicle for $170.00. But it was mechanical issue not electrical. What a cash grab (,$170.00.) when scanning a vehicle only take 5 minutes. They should have a least given her a copy of the scan.
