Had an appointment yesterday for my two sons, Dr. Richard is the absolute best. He never fails to have both my 7 year old and 16 year old comfortable and relaxed (and me as well). I can not recommend him enough! Was wonderful to see Christine at reception as well! She never fails to make me feel at ease (I have a fear of dentists myself) and like I’m visiting a friend, not just a business :)

Just went there to have the teeth cleaning service. I had a good experience here. Every staff member friendly and professional. They checked my teeth thoroughly and gave good recommendations.Great atmosphere!! The clinic is clean and relaxing. I enjoy my visits to the clinic and would 100% recommend if you are looking for a dentist.

Took my two daughters ages 5 and 7 to their first dental appointment. Clinic is new and very clean. The receptionist was very nice and caring and she set up my kids favorite show while we waited for their appointments. Dentists were very nice and had great knowledge on how to deal with kids. Both my daughters had a wonderful experience and we will go back there whenever we need any dental work done. Great job guys!

I recently took my mother to this dental clinic for a teeth removal procedure, and I have to say, I was very impressed with the care she received. The staff were incredibly kind and patient, answering all of our questions and making sure my mother was comfortable throughout the entire process. The dentist who performed the procedure was highly skilled and very gentle - my mother had very little discomfort and no complications. The aftercare instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the staff even followed up with us a few days later to check in on my mother's recovery. Overall, we had a great experience at this dental clinic and I would highly recommend it to anyone in need of dental care. Thank you for taking such good care of my mother!

MY experience was 100%. Reception pleasant most helpful. Both the assistant and dentist listened to me. Both of them clearly explained the problem and it was rectified immediately. A quiet and clean establishment. The future will be rosy.

Great service. Great doctors and super friendly receptionist. We went to see doctor Ann Roy. She was very gentle and patience. She constantly communicated and thoroughly walked through the whole process. Also suggested couple of options and did not rushed things.The dental clinic is clean, well maintained and the process is quick.

This dental office makes going to the dentist such a pleasant experience. The staff are friendly and has beautiful interior. The dental hygienist Emilyn is always so gentle but thorough at the same time. Very personable and always does an amazing job. First time seeing Dr. Lee and she was also amazing, thorough and friendly. Overall excellent service and experience.

My daughter requested an apt to stick a 1 inch retainer back to her teeth. This apt could have been anytime. They give her a same day apt, called it an emergency and billed her accordingly. It cost $533 for a 10 mins apt. The retainer was supplied by my daughter. I went to speak with the dentist about the exorbitant cost. She didn't have the courtesy to speak with me after I was told to wait 15 mins for her. The front desk staff are very well prepared to justify overcharging customers. They were not even bothered that they did not provide as estimate to my daughter prior to the treatment. If you want to be ripped off, this is the place to go!!! None of my family member will ever go back to this place.

Excellent services and exceptional staff members. The clinics are modern, hygienic and clean. I went there with my wife and 2 kids, we all had 5 stars experiences. Even the kids had no trouble with the filling procedure. I highly recommend North Oshawa Dental and thank you for your patience with the kids!

The staff is very professional and very kind. My entire family loves going there. My youngest looks forward to going there and I must say that they know how to attend to children of all ages.
