My recent encounter with the parts and service department at Pickering Honda was far from satisfactory.When I called seeking a quote, it became evident that their prices were significantly higher compared to other Honda locations. This, coupled with their lack of informative assistance, made for an overall disappointing interaction. I had to painstakingly extract the necessary information from the person I spoke to, as if pulling teeth.The fact that I had to exert such effort to acquire the details I needed raises concerns about the quality of their work. If they are unable to provide a proper quote with all the essential information, it makes me question their competence in delivering satisfactory results.I had hoped for a more professional and customer-oriented approach from a company specializing in parts and service. Unfortunately, my experience fell short of expectations. I urge the management to address these issues and improve their customer service standards, as it significantly impacts customer satisfaction and loyalty.While I cannot wholly judge the quality of their work based on this encounter alone, I must express my disappointment with the uninformative and challenging communication process I endured. I hope that my feedback serves as an opportunity for them to make the necessary improvements and provide a more satisfactory experience to future customers.

I had terrible experiences at Honda Pickering . I saw the google reviews and went on to do my servicing there. First thing I noticed was my car was very dirty (though they had given me a complimentary car wash-no complaints there after all it was free ).When I got my vehicle back , I took a quick round of the vehicle and noticed that the side of the front bumper was found scratched. I was not informed of this . When I spoke to the service advisor , he said it may have been done by another customer but I insisted that he look into his cameras. He told he will get back to me soon. After not hearing from them for two days I called them and they told me they will replace it.I took another chance and gave my vehicle once again to Pickering Honda because I expected them to be more careful with my car as they have a history with me. Same as before I was offered a free car wash which I was skeptical but regretfully I took it. When I got my car back not only was the car dirty but there was weird kind of dried fluid on the rear windshield which wouldn't go even after multiple washes. Though I saw it at the service center itself , I didn't say anything as I was late for work and I thought I could clean it myself but I couldn't till date.Now 2 days back I sent an email out to the manager( though this happened 3 months ago ) as my service was due, I wanted to give them one last shot but to my dismay the manager did not even acknowledge my email. So yeah , went straight to Richmond Hill Honda. Adios Pickering Honda .PS: Will post that weird dried fluid at the rear windshield photo once I get my vehicle back from service. Also, you are better off without the complimentary car wash.
