Brannen's Service Center
We popped a rim on the highway on the way to Halifax. We got a new rim and needed someone to put our tire onto the rim. We went to 3 different service centres who wouldn’t help and Brannen’s squeezed us in really quickly and helped us with our tire so we could continue on our way! So happy with the exceptional service they provided to us during a very stressful time!

Many times, car repair shops have seen me coming and create a problem that was very expensive to fix. I’m happy to report that I’ve found Brannen’s to be a very reputable service center. Simply excellent! I’ve never had a problem booking an appointment and have received excellent advice. The repairs were always completed correctly and in the time allotted. Even the bathrooms are clean! Excellent service overall and for a fair price. Thanks Brannen’s Service Center, for always making the drive from Dartmouth worth it for me!

We took our RV to get safety inspection done, it needed new tires in order to pass. We ordered the tires, they assured my husband he could leave the RV there till the tires came.We took it in on May 6, it’s now June 1st when they called to say the TV was stolen from there lot. When they checked the cameras the RV was stolen on May 12. How did it take so long for them to notice they had a theft.I would not recommend leaving your vehicle there. My husband had called them several time just to check on the RV and they kept saying it was all good.

I've been here just once but it was enough to leave an impression on me. The staff were willing to listen, didn't jump to conclusions, and seemed to genuinely care for what was best for the customer (this is based on my reason for coming in as well several others I witnessed while there). I think I may have found my new go-to place to get my vehicle serviced.

I have taken our vehicles to Brannen's Service Center for a few years for routine work, MVI's etc...so definitely a few visits. Every visit there has been a great experience. The regular updates and explanations/options provided to me by Erika are very much appreciated. The pricing is also very fair and reasonable. Highly recommend.

Brought my 2017 Subaru Impreza in to have my active grille shutters and driver’s door master switch replaced (winter was not kind to my car this year)… figured an oil change wouldn’t go astray either. Derek did an amazing job, super professional, friendly service for a GREAT price! After I got my car back, I noticed he even took the time to lube all the hinges and wear points on the car. Above and beyond! Will definitely be coming back!

I stopped in the shop to have a sway bar checked after being given a much higher price from another service provider.Not only was the customer service outstanding. They fixed my issue immediately and at a much better price than what the other service provider quoted me.I plan on coming here in the spring for my tire change and yearly alignment.Great people and service!
