Only rating 1 star because I have to. Terrible customer service. Don’t waste your time here!

Decided to treat myself to a pair of shoes & was delightfully met by Sarah & Noemie who were very sweet & helpful while I made my purchase. Due to COVID, I tried to pop in & out as quickly as possible. But in that short time, the ladies were a wonderful help from greeting to the suggestion of insoles in the shoes I bought. Thank you ladies for cheering me up on my first shopping experience out since this whole lockdown! Stay safe & well!

The 2 girls were so sweet today helping me pick a size for the leggings!

Cute but cheaply made, owned my boots for only 5 months before they began to completely fall apart. Dropping $80 on boots I would expect them to last much longer and be better quality, very disappointed in spring for not upholding their brand standard and offering an exchange. Won't be shopping here again.

I had the strangest and most unhelpful shoe shopping experience here! I tried on a few different pairs of shoes there and everytime I asked for my size to try, the sales would come out from the back and say we don't have your size in this colour anymore" and just walk away. Normally

The women that helped me last night was very helpful she was new but did a great job.

The shoes I bought were so cute but so tight on the strap across my foot (I have wide feet) I knew they would be uncomfortable. I went to return them and the girl there convinced me to let her stretch them free of charge! She did and I wore them today and they were amazingly comfortable and so cute. Got so many compliments. Thanks to the girl there, she really helped me out. Wish I got her name.

Unhelpful. They just said we don't have your size, this is the only size we got as she looked at the shoe I wanted to try on and buy. They went back to talking with friends. I just leftBeen at this store before and other employees asked if I wanted to order the shoes in my size. Was strangeOh yeah I looked at the size of the shoe I wanted on the other display at the front and it was a different size. So she was lying? I'm confused lol

My sister and I went into the Willowbrook Spring shoe store today and were very disappointed with the customer service. Upon entering the establishment, no one greeted us and there seemed to be no one around. A girl, Katie, appeared from the back I asked for the sizes of shoes I had picked up as well as from a list I brought in. She stared at me and gave me a look of annoyance at my request for various shoes. Rather then get my shoes she went and told another coworker the number of shoes I wanted to try, to which they told me I could only try four on at a time. Which I had no problem or expectation of having to try them on all at once so I don't know why the girls were being rude. Katie put back the shoes I requested to try on and got another girl to get my shoes so I had to go back and pick out my shoes all over again. While I was in the store we also witnessed another customer ask for her shoes to which Katie replied I already got your shoes." And had to correct her and say no I asked for another pair. There were 5 girls working but they were in the back most of the time or huddled talking among themselves. In general they all seemed annoyed at the idea of actually having to work and collect shoes for people and weren't helpful. I work in the same mall myself so was very shocked to see such disregard for customer service especially this time of year when people are xmas shopping and secret shoppers are coming in."

Came in asked if the sandals came in diff colors and lady said does it look like we do?" Am i supposed to know? I don't work there that's your job! And when someone tells you to have a good day don't just say "hmmm and nod" say thank you! if you don't like your job quit!"
