We had an absolutely wonderful experience. Food was exquisite. Drinks were really well proportioned and great. Gabriel our bartender was an absolutely wonderful young man he was amazing!! He was very engaging and super fun… absolutely awesome vibes.

I do not know what happened to cafe d'epoque however Central's new après ski vibe has got the cool calm feeling after a good day on the slopes. Staff is attentive making sure you stay well lubricated and the food is great! Might I mention the killer fine Scotch selection! Keep up the great work!

I went for their new tapas menu with a friend. We had a wonderful time! Everything we order was perfection! We had the ceviche which I highly recommend.Our server was so great. He asked our preferences and guided us to the best drinks and food that fit our tastes!It’s an awesome place in Tremblant that is truly unique and has a great combination of romantic and exciting!

Antoine is the BEST server ever! The pork belly and creme brûlée was to die for! The atmosphere is very cozy and chic. Highly recommend eating here if you are spending time in Mont Tremblant!

If you want a truly sensational dining experience, I fully recommend booking a reservation at Central Tapas & Nightclub. I have been going to Tremblant for over 25 years and nothing has come close to the food quality/ presentation, service, ambiance and price. Prepare to have the night of your life if you want to stay as it transitions into a club later in the evening.

Me and my partner were looking for a few cocktails at a more intimate and chill location. We arrived around 7ish and it was perfect. Not too busy, friendly staff, decent cocktails and great music. Started to turn into more of a nightclub when we left - we heard it was an absolute time.

Foods are good. My server is greater. A bit pricey, more like a fine dining to me. So if u r looking for a full meal after ski, this is not for you..

I cannot think of a more central place! The centrality is simply unmatched. It is so easy to access and such a great vibe. Really frat and also Raftus. We were worried they'd be hard on door but it was so great when we got in with great music — almost like The Red Room!! DJ was grape and we had a blast while knowing how central we were. 10/10 would go again!
