Extremely poor communication skills. Fails to answer the phone and return calls. 1/3 requested jobs performed and work was substandard. Held onto my vehicle a week and failed to address major safety deficiencies which were specified at the beginning of the job. Performed work on the rear without connecting and testing the brake lights.

We are new to the Belleville area. Ryan was so accommodating. He is a great dude, willing to discuss more details about what's going on than most mechanics would. I couldn't believe the price when all was said and done. He found me a better quality replacement part for cheaper, installed it and solved our issue quite quickly. He wouldn't let us pay until we had tested the car out for more than a week, and he is just a general stand up guy. Would highly recommend. Thanks, Ryan! See you next time!

My wife and I have use his services several times all positive. I'm not sure where these folks are having the negative experiences as had an issue with our heating, fixed it no charge. Caliper seized up taken in right away again top notch service. We have both our vehicles serviced through Ryan and highly recommended his honest realistic approach to modern frustrations.
