Sunday, Jan.29, 2023… Not busy, only one other customer inside, already sitting, yet all the tables need cleaning! Used the washroom (2nd one “out of order”), which looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks! Once wet toilet paper, now stuck and dried in wall crevices! Sink had a layer of filth (magic eraser pls!), the toilet bowl was disgusting! I used my own Lysol wipes to clean door handle, soap dispenser, faucet handle and toilet seat BEFORE using! I would have complained to the two upfront staff who were just chitchatting, but I recalled that when I had asked for my receipt after my order (and before using the washroom), the young man was clearly annoyed and all I got was an order number… not the kind of receipt you use to go onto “TellTims”. I don’t think this is a bad area of Victoria… but this location and staff, clearly do not go out of their way to maintain cleanliness!!!

1. Quality of hot chocolate was not up to the mark2. Seating arrangwments should be improved3. It's ok to go for a coffee etc4. Needs improvement

Great coffee and timbits. Service was good and staff were friendly. Place looked a little dirty and rundown.

Only nice thing i can say is friendly staff, but consistently when I go there for lunch ill be waiting 15-20 mins for food or 10 mins just for a coffee. Not just once every time i go at lunch. Many people at my site complain about the lack of speed and efficiency the employees show. Often times i see 2-3 employees chatting away when a line up is out the door, its not fast food anymore. Many of us only get 25 mins for lunch and it hard to be in a good mood when your food takes 25 mins to be made after its ordered

I order donuts and muffins for work all around Victoria depending on the where the crew is working... Consistently this location does not answer the phone, is incredibly rude, and purposefully slow . I have to use them from necessity and thank goodness tim Hortons is frozen products so always consistent, but if I could help it I wouldn't use this location:(

Unbelievably slow, day after day, 20-40 minutes in line whether it's for lunch or for a coffee. Looking at staffing behind the counter you can see 6 people roaming around but only 2 helping customers sometimes only one. No matter the level of business staffing levels remain the same, I have see the store lined up out the door and down the street with no increase in help behind the counter. Save your sanity and pick up you coffe and snack somewhere else!

I’m on a tour of Victoria, BC and it was included on the tour. 4 donut holes and a coffee were really good and just hit the spot

Scott, the owner, was so wonderful and accommodating! We were on a cruise excursion and our stop here was part of that. He had our orders ready when we arrived, despite 2 other bus tours and regular customers in the shop. My daughter was upset about something completely unrelated and he went out of his way to make her day! Loved our experience here and the food and drinks were yummy!
