Went everywhere looking for malathion. Finally a store thay had good stock!

Cashiers very cute and fun to talk with, but the floor manager is not very bright and is now sporting little pony tail

1st time at this Home hardware, in Beaumont AB, as I'm visiting from Ontario. I was very impressed. Morgan, the front cashier, asked what I needed, and gave me the exact isle to go to! Great customer service. Was also asked by a second individual if they could help. I was in/out literally within 5 min! Great job everyone.

Have been looking for 3 inch downspouts everywhere. Called Home Hardware and the person that answered was very polite and answered all my questions. When I went to the store the staff were very happy, polite and very professional. They took me right to the down spouts and even cut it for me to fit in my car. I was very happy!! I highly recommend this store. I will be coming back from the city to shop here.

Drove 20 minutes to get to store to inquire about sale prices of lumber for Wood Stock sale. The only employee we could find had zero knowledge of the sale that has been advertised in flyers and all over the radio and gave us a barcode sheet to look up the regular prices. Asked about delivery and she said they don’t despite a sign outside saying delivery. Just very frustrating after driving so far to get zero information.

I have shopped here very regularly for personal and for both my businesses in Beaumont for many many years. I own a Construction Company as well as a local retail shop. I don't just preach shop local I also practice it. I am senior of age 50+ and may look disheveled sometimes, especially during the summer. I do also struggle with mental illness which can affect my apperance. I add this because perhaps that is an excuse for what happened. I have left a 5 star review under my named account before because of the fantastic service I have recieved and have chose this one to remain anonymous. I was planning on a One Star but have descided on Three so as to not really effect their overall rating. After riding my bike there last week I entered the store wearing my helmet and pack with the intention of purchasing items for my shop here in town, and was quickly detained at the entrance by someone in authority that I did not recognize, perhaps new owner or employee.I was asked what I was looking for which is quite normal and I replied to that. Certainly we can help you" was their reply "once you remove your pack and leave it at the counter!" I must say I was taken. Stunned I turned and left

A little pricey but the staff is always so helpful and friendly and usually have just what I need :)

Beaumont Home Hardware is a great place to get that piece to finish a product. The staff knows where everything is and they're always around to help. If you need a whole lot of an item (wood, mulch, grass, etc) your best bet would be to go to Leduc. Aside from that, this place has nearly everything you'd need.I have to admit, I miss the popcorn machine.

I called about a outdoor carpet on sale , a specific Color (black and white) the female I spoke said they didn’t have that Color but they had grey and white I said I’ll take it could you please put it on hold and I will be there asap . I was coming from Sherwood park. I get there the rug was regular price not the sale price . The service was horrible, absolutely no compensation for the inconvenience of driving there for sheer disappointment. I had a few other items to purchase but decided on not supporting the poor business with absolutely no customer service. Complete waste of time and fuel.

It's a good place when you need a last minute item.I THINK THEY CAN OPEN EARLIER! and also they have way too many people working there. I get asked if i need help every 2 min. Annoying
