Kedron Dells Golf Club

Played here in early November on a weekend. This course is great value for the fall rates. Paid $60 for 18 holes with a cart. The course was in great shape for it being late season. It's a long course, par 71, with some tough par 4's. Overall a good challenge and had a great time.

Great round today, beautiful weather and course was in good shape (given the time of the year).Overall great experience and they had carts out too, 8/10. Would have loved to see the cart lady out!

Best value course in Durham Region. Course is in great shape despite the volume of play during this Covid season.Not a really long course but don't expect to shoot a good score if you spray the ball. Lots of trees. Some long par 3's and short par 4's that require a positioning tee shot. Lot's of challenge here.

I played here for an early season round yesterday, April 10th, 2023. Went to pay in the pro shop with cash, and they informed me that the course no longer accepts cash. Well, that's it for me, I'll take my business and cash elsewhere.

I really enjoyed playing this course, I would actually rate it at 3.5 stars. It's maintained very well, grass is green, cut and no weeds.Holes are very challenging, you'll use your driver a lot. The par 3's are even long. The entire course felt long, which I liked.Golf carts have GPS and course offers a downloadable GPS phone app as well, I thought that was a cool feature.Driving range in the middle of the course seemed a bit odd.It would be nice if the course spread out the tee times a little more. Slow groups ahead really affected the speed and play of the rest of the playing field. The marshal's were a bit too aggressive and were targeting the wrong foursomes, causing an unpleasant playing experience.The cost to play on a Sunday morning, $85 with a cart. Fun course but at that price in Durham Region, the experience needs to be exceptional.Update Aug 29: My second round of the year was incredible, the pace of the field was a lot better and I didn't feel rushed.The condition of the course was fantastic, everything was green and maintained well (even in this August heat wave).I'm looking forward to playing this course again in mid September for a tournament.Definitely bump my star rating to a 5, really enjoy it here. One of the better public courses in Durham Region.

Bit on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for. Course is in excellent condition. Facilities and carts are tip top. I’ve golfed here 3 times. My only qualm is that pace of play in my most recent visit was rather slow. They have removed marshalls in lieu of warnings on the screens in the carts, which, unsurprisingly, has proven ineffective.

I've hosted a couple tournaments here. Cassandra is who I've dealt with through Kedron and she has been amazing. Always accommodating for some requests I had and gets back to me very quickly. Course was in great shape even after a few days of rain and dinner was great after. Great place for a tournament. We had 112 people and the day was a big success.

Due to rain we had to move the wedding inside and i am so happy we did because it was beautiful. My wedding was everything ive dreamt of and its all because of Cassandra and the staff at Kedron Dells. They were so amazing. Cassandra was so kind and patient with all the changes that had to be made. Cassandra made sure to answer all our questions, made us feel comfortable and made sure everyone knew what they were doing and when to do it. She was the best coordinator and i will definitely be recommending her and this venue. The bar tenders were great and responsible. They made sure once people were getting tipsy they would make sure they drank water in between their drinks. We had the best night of our lives. Thank you Kedron Dells.

Kedron has always been that course that gets you for me, i'll start good then everything goes down. Tough course if you miss fairways, shot shaping off tee is beneficial for sure. Distance control and great putting is required here, with the new management the conditions has been superb! Staffs are nice and food is always great.

Love the course itself but it’s always a bad experience. They don’t accept cash. They have this greed to fill every single time slot and don’t care about anything but their bottom line. I’m not a great golfer but i shoot low 90’s. Was paired with a senior couple last time who could only hit maybe 70-100 yards at a time. They were great ppl but made it a long round. Couldn’t go ahead either because they had 4 foursomes infront all together for a birthday party most of them had never played and some wearing ripped jeans. Leaving empty cans all along the fairway (don’t worry I cleaned up for you as I passed them) and backing up the whole course. Had to call the Marshall (which I never do) but they did nothing about it. The best part is that this course is local to me. I play it often and usually bring my 15 y/o daughter with me, she doesn’t play but enjoys riding in the cart and spending time with me outside, I always tell the pro shop she’s with me and pay the extra cart fee for her and we always order ahead on the 8th and grab food on the turn. Well last visit I was approached by staff on the range before my round and told I can’t bring her anymore and only paying golfers are allowed out. Really smart business decision guys. if i play alone, I’d likely walk, wouldn’t get any food that’s a hundred bucks off the table for you and now I have to suffer through the disgustingly slow play because you let drunk idiots in jeans hack their way along the track? Bringing my daughter makes the course bearable!! You guys realize how many great courses are within 20 minutes right? They all welcome her. Few of them have even offered her a summer job. Be better! You’re doing a terrible job right now. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere for now. Hopefully I’ll be back. That’s up to you. My hopes are low.
