Called about getting my ducts cleaned and they booked me in for the day after I called!! Mike and Diego were awesome!! Super friendly ,on time, and knowledgeable about what they are doing. Would highly recommend getting your ducts cleaned by these guys. My house smells fresh and the fur babies I think feel better also!!! Thanks again purair, Mike, and Diego for making my house smell fresh again!!!!

Diego came out to our house yesterday and did an amazing job. Not only was he efficient and knowledgeable, he was so polite and kind. He chatted with my kiddo, was mindful of my crated pets stress levels, and was really easy to talk to. Definitely recommend Diego and PurAir and will not hesitate to call them again for future needs.

Mike is a great technician and I would highly recommend his services. He is very knowledgeable and detail oriented. He was on time, professional and was sure to explain each step of the process, which I very much appreciated. He was also very kind to my pets and made sure they were comfortable with the noise level as well.

Diego was the technician who serviced my system and cleaned my ducts, and he was polite, knowledgeable and well spoken. After the cleaning there was a problem with the heat pump not activating as it should. A second visit resulted in Ben, the owner, coming by and quickly diagnosing and solving the problem. Overall, a hugely positive experience and maybe even more important was how the unforeseen problem was handled. Thanks so much for standing behind your services and look after your customer!

Great group to work with.Ben and his crew are top notch.Ducting needed repair so they rescheduled to do the duct cleaning.On time, professional, great equipment and very experienced.Worked very well with the Heating/AC contractor.Highly recommend.
