Very poor customer service, we been there yesterday July 29 2022 around 2pm.. we don’t allowed us to get inside because we don’t have specific ids posted in the door. They don’t even advice us what we going to do…because we just arrived here in Canada we try to show our passport but he don’t give us a chance..

Long time subscriber, whose phone was still not working after Rogers outage was apparently fixed, was refused entry to store because his OHIP card was not considered a valid ID. RIDICULOUS! Your so-called enhanced security" just lost you a customer."

I found my experience here atrocious.. I attended with questions about my phone ... the young lady attended at a locked door prohibiting my entrance and held a sign saying show id I was wearing a id badge with name and photo around my neck for work and she just continued to hold sign .. I showed my licence and was allowed entry they lady knew little of my request and really didn't help me all... I left there feeling ashamed of subscribing to this company and it has left me feeling I may change phone companies , I am a 63 yr old professional male... very dejected with rogers

I have dealt with Rogers a few times and not once has any of the employees made me feel unwelcome or disrespected. The times I have went in for a question, they are always so patient and kindly walk you through it with you to make sure you don’t leave disappointed. I give a lot of gratitude to these employees for everything they do.

Horrible customer service . Was told I needed I.d, when I said I had id I Was then told that if I’m not from this town then I could not do business at their store. I Quickly recorded the interaction and posted it to all social media platforms. The customer service rep Victoria was who handled this encounter , and needs to be removed from her position

Unbelievable practices and poor, poor customer service. Take your business elsewhere to a telecomm provider that cares about their customers and can actually SERVE THEM in the store with a mask on. I would recommend trying Freedom mobile as a sound financial alternative.

Huge shout out to Victoria at the chatham Roger's ❤ she went above her call and got myself and my sons all set up on our new phones and put the work in to save a huge amount on monthly plans. I have been a koodo customer for 10+ years and today was the day I happily made the jump to Roger's! Thank you for your patience with this not so techie Mama Victoria!!

I had to visit this store a couple times this week. Each time I had a good experience with the staff. I dealt with 3 different people and all of them were kind, professional and eager to help. When I buy something I want to feel good and happy about my purchase. The staff was fun to deal with, showed enthusiasm and willingness to help. I've been a Rogers customer for a lot of years and I've always had good service at the Chatham store.
