Found this place while looking for pubs with live music in Newmarket. We were greeted by friendly staff and were seated promptly. The service was good and the food we ordered was fairly tasty as well. Big portions and well priced!Great place for new artists to showcase their talents. However, it got super loud when the third band started playing.Will definitely go back again but will find seats further away from where the bands set up.

We found this pub on a Sunday drive and both agreed it's more than good enough to bring us back to Newmarket again. Hubby had the chicken pesto sandwich with fries and declared it delicious. I had the avocado-mixed green salad. O!M!G! Sooo good!If you go when Rebecca is waiting tables, you'll be lucky enough to meet one of the most personable waitresses you will ever, ever meet!Treat yourself to a visit there soon!

everything was great. only ate the wings that were half price last night (they were probably a 6.7 out of 10), and the service was excellent.the fries were actually fantastic. different. lightly battered.

Great experience, met tones of nice locals that frequent the bar, and my bar tender (the blonde with mixology skills) made like 6 randomized drinks that kicked ahh, 10/10, would binge again

We stopped at this pub & the food was delicious, you could tell the burgers were hand made. We had a lovely server named Rebecca & she was great. I would definitely eat there again & recommended the Lion Pub & Grill for a nice meal.
