the worst and most suck company in the world！！

SCAM parasitic enterprise, not sure how they are able to legally operate. Their business model relies on scamming, especially elderly. Can't even cancel, stuck paying 100/mth or over a decade!

They have the worst customer service. Their system hangs up on you after 10 minutes of wait time. I rented a water heater a year ago, and it already broke, causing a mess in my basement. On top of it, the technician came in the morning, and confirmed that the heater has to be changed. But it took Global Eco till the end of business day to approve the change, only to tell me that they don't have a tank in stock, and it will only come in on Wednesday. Meaning that my household will be without hot water for 3 days when it was -15 outside. The supervisor mitigated, that at least I have heat

Hi I have problems with my furnace and they are supposed to be open 24 hours and there closed

Beware, be aware, predatory. Protect your family, especial the elderly.

This company continues to take advantage of the elderly and fixed income homes. Once you let them through your door they just keep coming back. They don't take no for an answer and as soon as you push back on them, they become rude! One lady called my a liar when I told her I was power of attorney in addition to hanging up the phone on me. Then I got a Manager who continued to interrupt and basically force a sale that was not wanted, in again I was was hung up on. Their sales practices are shady, over priced and badgering!

They booked an appointment to come on Sunday to install a new furnace. They never showed up. I called twice. Then they rescheduled for Monday morning between 9 AM and 11 AM. I was so unsure because they had missed showing up the day before, that I asked them to send me a confirmation email, which they did. I called him twice on Monday morning and they still never showed up. After two days of being freezing cold without a furnace in the middle of the temperature being -20°, I finally had to call another company. I also did research to find out that they were untrue about rebates and how I would get them. I found them to be quite dishonest and shady.

they did my AC and Furnace installation, pretty clean job technician did. And provided me with bunch of knowledge.

I had my Attic Insulation installed in May 2018 by Global Eco and when i looked at my bills this week, I was amazed for how much of a difference it made on my gas and hydro cost. Even though these guys are more expensive than other attic companies, they did do a great job and I did not have to pay upfront.

SCAM - AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUEYou do not want to deal with this company. Save your money and find a place with better reviews.
