Everytime the wind blows it goes out.... Was better And now lacadaisical techs not keeping equipment up to date. Shame on you Picanoc, very undependable. Just because we're a small town, we don't have small minds. Get with the program, guys and gals. It's 2022 now, no need for this anymore.

Nothing good to say about this internet service. It’s slow, expensive and it’s down a lot. When calling customer service, they will literally tell you they have no idea when the internet is going to be back on or if there’s even a technician at the tower. In our area, it was down for 3 days, came on for 43 minutes and then was out again. Don’t waste your money.

Tried calling them on my cell since we have home phone and internet with them. The service has been down for 5 days now. Every time we called we get a different excuse. Client service sucks and can't get a technician out to check our modem. Will be looking for another provider ASAP.

Client depuis près de trois ans, quelques interruptions, mais très stable en comparaison avec Xplornet par exemple.

Pannes fréquentes dans mon secteur.Vitesses rarement respectées pendant les périodes occupées, fin de semaines, etc..il faut être très patient et reloader souvent.Download entre 2 et 3 Mbps au lieu de 5Upload proche de 0 au lieu de 1
