Riverside bowl

Stay away to avoid a horrible experience. Worst service and atmosphere I have ever seen. Extremely rude staff, we were basically yelled at for not knowing what lane we were supposed to be on when Noone had told us. I don't usually leave reviews but this place deserves zero business.

DO NOT GO HERE, if I could give it a 0 star I would. Staff were beyond rude, and clearly didn't care about their job. Prices were through the roof, and we got charged for the special lighting" when the glow lights weren't even working (which I still wouldn't understand charging for even if they were working).Don't order drinks unless you want to re-use your cups for everything

This places is RIDICULOUS, DON’T EVER GO. When I showed up early because I have little one that wanted to bowl the old bag at the desk was very rude that I showed up early. I bought 2 beers and wanted to order 2 more before it was my turn to bowl again and the old man was like you can’t have any beer till I see an empty cup. I thought to my self if I can’t get 2 beers while I’m not bowling and it’s not busy at the counter I’m not buying any more beer from them. I saved my money and bought beer on the way home the lanes that we played on kept breaking down and we had to go to the counter to get it fixed. The worst part was when we fished, paid our bill and gave the shoes back we realized someone had stole a pair of our shoes. We went to the desk and talked to the old man and he was like “ we don’t watch your shoes you have to while you bowl” I asked him to look at the cameras and he said no go away. What a place. DO NOT BOWL HERE

I don't know why ya'll are saying this place is bad. Lady at the counter gave mad grandma energy!!! Plus they have retro vibes+pink shoes!! 12/10 would recommend.

If there was a 0 I would give it… the owner Lawrence verbally abused us within the first 2 minutes of us arriving at a yelling level!DO NOT support this business you will only be disappointed.If you do decide to go bring your own fun but keep it down and follow ALL the rules or else….How this place has survived is beyond me, support HERITAGE LANES their google reviews say it all..

DONT GO HERE. No wonder this place is selling. Horrible service. The current owners (couple that are the only ones working on a Friday night) are extremely rude. Hope the new owners (coming June 1 '23) are a lot better. Advice to the current owners: It's common sense that Friday nights are busy, if you can't handle the rush hire a person to help. Don't panic and excuse you're slammed. You're running a business busy is good.

Worst bowling experience ever. The old staff are incredibly rude. We were disrespected and discriminated against. They made our family feel like an inconvenience. Our family night was ruined. It’s not hard to be kind to others.

Went out to have a fun night with our friends and kids and the night started out good but then we tried to get another round of drinks and they said they needed our plastic cups back before another drink would be given. Then one of our 3 lanes wasn't working properly. Went to leave and my husband's shoes were stolen and the man basically said not our problem. The man behind the counter was rude and unfriendly. When we asked about the cameras to see if we could see where the shoes went he was a complete jerk. I think maybe it's time to retire. It's really awful that they make you take your shoes off at the door and then have no sympathy when your shoes are taken. Not a family friendly environment.

If I could give this a zero star I would! The male owner was so rude! Thought about leaving before even playing and should have. Played 1 game for a birthday party and left. I'm mad that we even spent any money there. Would never go there again!

Affordably priced but very poor customer service. The elderly couple that I assume own the place clearly are not enjoying their jobs anymore and it shows. It almost feels like an offence to get some drinks and the elderly man working there didn't really acknowledge our presence while charging us for our drinks. All in all, I wouldn't really go here again. It's a shame because I think the place has a lot of potential. However, a lot of the lanes were in use so obviously people enjoy going here. I think everyone should just see for themselves and make their own judgement.
