Sales guys in this store are very unprofessional and rude. They don’t know prices in the store and it takes ages until they verify. All in all terrible experience.

Great products for hiking/camping. Excellent value. Fantastic customer service. Most of the gear was pretty great on the hiking trip, had an issue with one piece of gear, but Sergio helped find a solution and was very accommodating. Would definitely recommend this place for good gear and customer service.

Great selection of hiking/outdoor wear and clothing at fairly reasonable prices. This location needs a bit more space as it can be difficult to move when it is packed with customers. Customer service is helpful and friendly. The only weird quirk is the disconnect between their online prices and the in-store prices. Case in point: a jacket online was listed at $38 but the store was charging $65 for the same item and apologized for not being able to price match.

Good store to get outdoor supplies, clothes, jackets, etc. Have some sales for winter gear and so.e good names. Lots of stuff for kids and adults. Not the biggest selection but enough for budget minded folks. Heavy clothes, light, they got it. Not huge store but decent sized. In burnaby mall so easy access and near other stores so that's good. Price wise they are good.

BEWARE! The price on display and at checkout not the same! Went back to display with cashier and excuse was that the price was for a different shade...same item! Maybe specify that on display as opposed to overcharging unsuspecting customers at checkout! Very disappointing!

Decent selection but the store was very cramped and hard to get around, especially for people in wheel chairs. There was a great shoe sale going on but only one employee, who was at the register, and so no one to help find which shoes were in what boxes - and there were so many boxes. I tried to take them out and look myself but got frustrated after 10 minutes.
