Best Indian food in Victoria, BC. Ordered malai kofta and goat curry both were tasty. I highly recommend, must try. Located in James bay with free parking.

Nice little Indian restaurant, conveniently located in downtown Victoria. The place offers vegetarian and non vegetarian food. The parking is free and the restaurant is located in a shopping complex. We are vegetarians so we ordered - Shahi paneer, soya tandoori, chilli lâcha paranthas and garlic naan. The food was really tasty and one of the best Indian food I have had in Victoria. We would definitely visit this restaurant during our next Victoria visit. If I am to mention one con- the restroom can use more attention. The visitors are partly to blame because there were napkins strewn over bathroom floor which owners have zero control over.

Came straight here once I got off the Cruise ship with my wife and cousin. We came in and sat wherever we liked. The food was spectacular almost made me cry it was so delicious. We got the chat, tandori chicken, butter chicken, cheese garlic nan, and the Korma with lamb and chicken also 2 bowls of rice which came with the korma and butter chicken in 2 seperate bowls. All of the food was incredible with the Korma being my favorite!! So good I was eating the sauce with a spoon and almost considered licking the serving dish. The gentleman that helped us out had a Miami Dolphins hat on and he was extremely nice and professional. He brought over a bottle of water and glasses so we can serve ourselves as well promptly after sitting. Service with a smile that made me feel right at home. If you are thinking what food to get when visiting near here just come here dont even think about it. This would probably also be the best place for someone that has not tried indian food to try it for their first time. I will forever be jelous that people in the area have such easy access to clean, quality, and delicious indian food. The place was very clean and the washroom was also very clean. I am guilty of over eating here as my brain didnt want to process that i was full because of how delicious it was. The atmostphere was comforting with music playing in the background. If I am ever in Victoria again I will be coming here right away just so i can bathe my tongue in the delicious food here. Also there is Wifi

Absolutely loved it! The food was wholesome. Ever since I moved here, I haven't had this authentic Indian cuisine here. Kudos to you guys! Everytime I would eat Indian outside here, it would be loaded in spices that would burn my stomach, but guess what! That didn't happen today. Thanks for maintaining the quality with the taste. That's rare.

The Coriander Indian Restaurant
After looking for a new Indian restaurant to try I decided on trying the Coriander. My first impressions of the place, it is quiet open and spacious. The waitress was very warm and welcoming. I ordered the samosas, butter chicken (Indian spicy) with a garlic naan.The meal was well presented and tasted fresh and flavourful. I find most Indian restaurants to be lacking in flavour and spice but I was pleasantly surprised. I would definitely come back and try more dishes.

Delicious food and great service. Very tasty Vegetarian options. Great staff and service. We tasted such indian food in years. Kids loved the food.
