The service is so bad. I ordered curbside 40 min early and the order was not ready. They didn’t picked up the phone and I tried thrice. I waited 20 mins plus for food and it was not bagged up. Very disappointing morning staff.

Tgey Refused a gift card that I bought and had receipt for and still do as proof for one of my children today when i asked for management they stated he was away out of country i asked again for a manager she said i could only email when i asked for the email she hung up on me. Amd will jitvtake my calls

i love subway and i’ve noticed this subway in particular is very clean and always has all the veggies. i also love that if i say “lots of pickles please “ they actually put lots of pickles not just an extra few. very nice staff and i even dine in once and a while cause there’s quieter booths in the back for introverts. i do feel sorry for the staff sometimes cause it gets busy sometimes but they do an amazing job handling the rush!

Absolutely horrible! I’ve tired this location a few times and the staff is horrible. They don’t care, just slop everything on, asked them to cut it and they just tear it in half. Never again. I should have walked out

Typical subway however they have increased their prices and significantly decreased the amount of toppings they add. Very disappointed.

Hubby ordered dinner for us here today upon coming home and unwrapping the subs, the 6 inch that was intended for my 1 year old and 3 year old had Spicy Sauce on it. Completely not okay. My hubby should have noticed bit he said they were so busy he didn't even see it. Very disappointed. Tried calling the store and they won't even pick up. We live 20 mins outside of steinbach.

The staff here do not smile! When I asked for lots of cucumber they put 4 slices on. When I asked for more than that, she put on 3 more. She looked so annoyed that I wanted my sandwich, my way. I don't recommend anyone to go to this establishment. With staff like this, the atmosphere is extremely negative. Also dining area was dirty, tables not wiped garbage on floor.

subway is always a good place the food looks fresh the taste is good and its always clean in there and the service is always timely i order curbside pickup and it was ready right on time which i appreciated because i was limited time on lunch
