Cutie Club Pet Grooming

First time bringing my dog to this place since I just moved to the area. Prices are fair and the receptionist is nice and helpful. My baby looks so cute, thank you!

We had a great experience at Cutie Club Pet Grooming. This was our first full groom for our puppy and he came out so cute and adorable. The staff were super friendly and they took their time grooming our puppy. I highly recommend this place and can’t wait to go back!

They cleaned up and groomed my Husky Loki so well! Everyone is saying how great he looks now. Fantastic job. Will definitely be coming back multiple times in the year

we’ve been to this groomer twice with our cat Enoki and are happy with the results each time. he doesn’t let us groom him at home but the groomer always says he’s very well behaved during his session. they seem like they are genuinely passionate about animals and take very good care of the pets that owners bring in. they are very accommodating and will happily fulfil our requests for our cat’s groom. all things considered, we feel comfortable leaving our cat with them for a grooming session.

First time taking my dog, Ghost, here. We’ve had such bad luck with the previous groomers (Pet Smart Ajax) which left Ghost very nervous and scared of grooming appointments. We were nervous to try a new groomer, but Cutie Club Pet Grooming was AMAZING with Ghost.I dropped him off and they advised me it would be about 2 hours since it was his first time. They explained it gives them time for Ghost to become comfortable with them and get familiar.Ghost is a German Shepherd and Golden retriever mix and he is 15 months old and has lots of energy. Two hours later, I went back to pick him up and he looked amazing! When I asked if they had any issues they said he was perfectly fine. They were able to trim a bit of the long hair growth on him and even his nails (trimming nails became a trigger for him courtesy of Pet Smart grooming). But no complaints! They advised me how to properly care for his ear regularly.Staff were super friendly and informative. Overall so happy we took Ghost here, I think it’s safe to say we found Ghosts go to groomers !

I am very happy to have found this place for my Sheltie boy. He has very sensitive skin and they did a wonderful job on him without having him come home scratching and not to mention he looked super tidy and handsome after and the staff are super friendly. I am a very satisfy mom now ☺️. Thank you and keep it up. Will definitely come back

I brought my dog Auggie here because one of his siblings goes here and it was recommended. Auggie has been refused by Pet Smart multiple times because his anxiety can be a lot to handle. He has also never been able to have his nails clipped.I called Cutie Club in advance to explain Auggie's situation and they were willing to do an in-person consultation to see if they can take him in. Upon meeting Auggie, they were able to take him in. They were able to groom and clip his nails. I was really impressed with the service from beginning to end. I also really appreciate a status call from them on how he was doing.He will now go here regularly.

Great service! My pup's cut was so cute! He seemed happy and they also gave very helpful tips and advice for maintaining his claws.
