I did the acne facial and pedicure there. I have to say my face was just like an peeled egg after. Very clean and fresh! My girl friend was keep looking at my face and keep saying “you’re so different”. I was fallen asleep during the facial time. So relaxing! And the pedicure was amazing, too. They gave the massage which I really really need. The polish change was nice, too. I have purchased a gift card for my mom and sister. I want them to be there, too. I feel so happy. Will visit them again soon.

Very unprofessional. I booked a pedicure the room was very untidy. The first operator didn’t seem to know what she was doing halfway through she left me with one leg covered in exfoliant drying. A few minutes late someone else came in did exactly what the first oerson had already done. Throughout the pedicure the other operator kept coming in and talking to my operator. On leaving my total bill was way over what I had seen on the website. I would not recommend this salon to anyone.

Samantha did an amazing job at welcoming me in after explaining needing something to take the pressure of life off. This was my first time having a massage here Best 45 min deep tissue massage. She took her time to focus on the tense muscles. Samantha relieved the tension in my shoulders and back. Amazing Job! Thank you Samantha!

I have been Bella spa client for years. They provide excellent services for massage and all needs for skin care. I like to mention Amy who is extremely kind and an expert. Also Yummie who is a great addition to their staff. I look forward to my appointments and strongly suggest to try them.

1st visit to a masseuse. I expected alot of flash" as you see on TV

I went for a massage and specifically requested for Samantha after reading the reviews. The massage was started by Amy and it was not comfortable or relaxing at all. She picked up two calls in the span of 15 minutes. The other girls who work there were talking loudly outside. It seemed like a mistake to come here. Then Samantha came in. Her hands moved like magic. She knew the pressure points and released a lot of pain. She was kind and friendly. If you go here, make sure you ask for Samantha only. The above 4 stars are only for her.

Went for a massage which was good. Only thing that can be confusing is that their rates online and in person are not what you’re charged if you use benefits. Wish there was more transparency.

Worst massage, after mentioning the pain point, the therapist just rubbed that point so hard, now its even worse.

If I could give Bella Spa a zero rating I would! Actually -5 would be my rating. From my experience, I don’t even know where to begin. I called to ask if they had time to do a pedicure and they said yes. As I’m on my way I got a call from them asking if I could come the following day instead. I expressed I couldn’t BUT if they didn’t have time I wouldn’t bother coming because I didn’t want to feel rushed as this would be my first time getting out and doing something for myself since recently having a new baby. They said yes they would have time, so I still went. Boy was that a mistake! The service was terrible! I was completely rushed the girl who was doing my pedicure was nice but she seemed to not even really know what she was doing. The pedicure I got was something I could have done to myself! I wanted shellac and was advised I couldn’t choose shellac because they didn’t have time! I mean it was only $40 but it was definitely the biggest waste of money! I was not relaxed at all and I was really looking forward to this personal time! Biggest disappointment!
