Friendly with beautiful gowns! I usually buy my gowns online but needed a last minute purchase, luckily I was in & out in less than 30 minutes. I tried a different dress store on central and was told I could find a cheaper dress somewhere else, mind you my budget was not an issue and was unpleasantly surprised by the comment. I was very disillusioned about finding a dress, until I walked into the bridal shoppe and was treated with friendly and courteous service by the employee. She knew I was in a rush and quickly did her best to help me. They definately earned my loyalty!

I was happy to find my dress here a little over a month ago, but my alteration appointment today was as bad as it gets. We ordered the dress one size larger so it could fit my shoulder area as the one smaller didn’t but fit everywhere else. I got in the dress and the seamstress was rude from the get go. I asked if she could bring it in at the waist she told me “that’s a lot of work” (well last time I checked that’s why you get alterations) because we sized up one it needs to be brought in, in multiple spots and she told me it looks fine like it is. Zero customer service and extremely rude the entire appointment. After I left I decided to just go back and get my dress so I can find someone to do the alterations, it was very upsetting so if you get your dress here that’s fine but take it to someone else to have it altered.

Michelle is excellent to work with and always available to answer question. The tux, vest and tie were all spot on, as were my groomsmen outfits.

Michelle has been so nice to me and so lenient and patient she is making my wedding come to life I love the dress I picked out, and I am sure when my black bridesmaids dresses come in I’ll fall even more in love of how this shop treated me, she was kind enough to get me bookings within the day to help fit my bridesmaids, and in general has been so kind, I am glad they have a payment option as I am very strapped for money being a young adult if I had to pick an associate to help me every time it would be her, thank you Michelle!

Carla was amazing! She listened to be gush about my wedding details as we picked out dresses to try on. She was respectful of my time as well as budget. I never felt pressured to buy anything! She asked how I felt in things along helped me find things that I would be most comfortable in. It was really great experience. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Thank you so much for helping me find THE dress Carla! (The dress pictured was beautiful, but not THE dress) it was a wonderful, memorable experience.

I had the most amazing experience here. Michelle was soo beyond helpful. I gave her my price range n showed her pictures of what i was looking for n she gladly got different dresses to match my vision plus a few with similarities to the one i wanted. I found one i really liked but wasnt im love with so she thought out of the box n got me a bridesmaid's" dress that can b ordered in the color i wanted n i fell in love. I also had my maid of honor n one of my bridesmaids with me n she had no hesitation on helping n pulling out dresses for them while i tried on dresses. She was so helpful n so much fun. I am beyond grateful. Thank you so much!!"
