Made a recent Lund purchase at Capt's, nice group of people, no pressure to buy, proactively looked for possible discounts, overall purchasing experience was exceptional.Parts/service staff also pleasant to deal with and were knowledgeable and helpful.Good selection of boats that are relevant to the boating niche of the Flathead Valley area.Thanks fellas.....

I have always received great service from all departments at Captain's Marine to include, sales, service, storage and etc. The latest was an email from Laura Pounder who recently emailed me that she had received some extra Red Validation Stickers and intended to install them on my boat that is currently being stored there. That certainly makes me feel that I am a valued customer. I am considering updating my boat needs, guess who I will call when shopping for a new boat. Thanks, Mark Boen

I did not buy my boat through Captain's (there are no BW dealers in the area) - but that seemed to have no impact on how I was treated. I know that my Mercury will be taken care of, they are knowledgeable and easy to work with. I will continue to service and store with them!

Bought a Cobalt boat from Captains two summers ago. Love the boat and the service. I have it serviced and stored for the winter with them. They do a great job! Highly recommend!

I would HIGHLY suggest hiring some women for every department of this business. They will teach you how to have compassion, speak nicely and actually provide accurate information to your customers. The associates who currently work there have given me nothing but the run around. Wrong information, talking down to, not wanting to take my business or make money. And I thought Whitefish Marine could be difficult….

Captain’s Marine is a very well run company. They go above and beyond for their customers.We would not use anyone else to take care of our boat!Nor would we buy a boat anywhere else. We are one our 3rd boat from them!

We bought our pontoon boat from Captain’s Marine. We love it. When we launched it on Saturday we had many compliments from other boaters. It is so nice, the colors are perfect and it is every thing we wanted. Kaden was our sales person. He did a great job for us. No pressure from him, he just guided us through the process. So many decisions to make and he helped to make good decisions for us. If Kaden had a questionhe couldn’t answer the CM had great back up. The whole staff is very knowledgeable.Jaden took us to Flathead Lake and he took us through the right and safe way to run the boat, launch the boat and load the boat. He showed us how to use the Lowrance system. Now we need to learn to fish.

These wonderful people have taken care of the new boat I bought from them for 18 years! No problems or worries and it’s always ready at my convenience to get it on or off the water. Who could ask for more!?!?Still looks like new but who doesn’t want something faster?

I started my boat shopping at Captain's Marine. Kaden Schlegel asked what I was looking for, listened, answered my questions, offered suggestions and was patient with me while making my decision. He moved boats around and brought the boat in from outside so we could sit in it inside where it was warmer. He was the perfect salesman. You can't go wrong with Kaden.
