Walked there in sleet and snow one day. Been going there for years! Always great deals and plenty of choices and stock.In the middle of my shopping a young guy came up to me, in front of about 6 other shoppers and asked me to leave. I was flabbergasted and super humiliated!! I ask him if he could tell me why and he just NO! We don't want your business! Now leave or I call the police!"Not knowing what else to do and just wanting to disappear into thin air from humiliation I turned with my tail between my legs and left

Horrible service at the pharmacy, dropped off a prescription at 4 pm and she took all my information and said it will be ready in 30 min. Went in after 3.5 hours and she says it will take 45 min as she is yet to start working on it. Very rude associate, time:9th Dec @ 7:30 PM . It was as simple as transferring the pills from one box to another, i got it filled in the Walmart pharmacy across the street in 15 min .

Went on boxing day. Picked up some wrapping paper and Christmas cards, for next year, at a great price. Also got some chocolate boxes for new years eve.

My regular Pharmacy ran short of my prescription and it is currenty not avalible from suppliers until May. I called several Pharmacys and got the same answer, not avalible. I then called Shopperes Drug Mart and explained my situation, the Pharmacy had some in stock but refused to fill my perscription because they were saving the drug for thier regular customers. Shame on you SDM.

Walked in yesterday at 9:55 pm to get cold medicine for my son. Was kicked out by Graham as he said the store was closed I which it clearly wasn't. I was told I need to exit the store in a very rude manner. Absolutely unacceptable.

I've come in twice to ask the pharmacist questions. Once about a decongestant I wanted to purchase and another with a minor injury inquiring about treatment. Both times I was asked if I filled my own medications there. I said no, and was waved off and told to go to 'my own pharmacy'.

I have found this Shoppers Drug Mart location to be a great pharmacy. They have a huge retail store with exceptional sales on groceries and other items. The cosmetic section is very large and offers lots of options. The pharmacy is prompt in getting prescriptions ready, and you can request refills online. The staff is incredibly friendly. Prescriptions are available for delivery for free. This company is a part of the PC Optimum points system and as such you can earn interchangeable points here, at Esso, Mobil, and at Atlantic Superstore. I highly recommend this brand and especially this location for their deals, commitment to customer service and conveniently located, clean and fresh store.

The staff is much nicer than the shoppers close to my house. Couple times I decide to quickly buy bus pass and catch the bus and the service was fast enough that I made my goal. Hahaha it's funny but my point is that the staff is fast, active and helpful.
