Wrong bumper ordered even with Vin # provided recommended to use this company location as per a estimate claim. The bumper was way cheaper at the dealer. 2018 Kia Soul. Wasted company time and production. Salesman Edward didn't acknowledge he was wrong instead brush it off.

The worst place you would ever want to deal with. They think, and act as if they have the entire Industry locked down because of the few dollars less that you think you would save by using cheap Junkie parts from Overseas. Do yourself a favour, and don't waste your time....The drivers are arrogant, and Lazy as could be.( Mike in particular ) The counter , and telephone staff are 90% Brain dead guaranteed.I would urge you to spend a bit more, and buy OEM Parts from your local dealership. Your business will thrive, as well as your reputation and profit simply by not using these crappy knock offs, and being a part of the overall problem created by these exploiters.Say NO to these parts weather you are a Body Shop, or the end consumer who we all know ultimately pays the price when their vehicles value is even further depreciated by accepting shoddy repairs and non original junk parts to pushed on them by their insurance companies, and these crooks.I hope this helps you protect yourself, and saves you your hard earned money and investment.Unfortunately they didn't have a ZERO Star rating, because even 1 Star is too much.

You can find tons of brand new parts with different quality and used also.

Such a poor service by their representative named Charlie. Never seen such a arrogant customer rep. Instead of hearing my needs, he kept trying to wrong me and was laughing all the time. Been buying parts from them for so long. But this guy ruined it. I wish I could underrate.

Poor service, don't expect to get helped if there is a part issue. And don't expect a credit either.
