Curlys Carpet Repair New Westminster
We had an area of the carpet destroyed by a dog. When Pablo came in, he not only repaired the damage to that area but repaired other parts of the carpet as well. He did a fine job and I would recommend him to anyone who needs a carpet repaired (cheaper than replacing it.)

We sent an estimate request on the weekend and Pablo called within 10 minutes! He came 2 days later to reinstall our stairway and carpet runner we had removed to do a reno. The install looked great at first but I noticed the upstairs runner had shifted as I didn't want staples on the floor. When I called and spoke to Pablo he came the next day and did the job by shifting and tacking in only 3 spots to stabilize it. He honored his warranty and spent the time to make me happy with the results. This is a 20 yr old carpet that had been dry cleaned and he put it exactly where it had been originally and made it look new. Thank you so much Pablo!!!

Curly’s Carpet repair delivered far above what was expected of them. Their knowledge helped tremendously to fix the carpet and smooth out all the wrinkles. There was one wrinkle in the carpet that had formed a peak and when they were finished they told me to give that spot a good cleaning and that would remove most of the line that was left behind. I cleaned the area and the line actually disappeared. They cleaned up the mess after they were done as well. Awesome people great service.

Pablo was very personable and positive. He was available on very short notice and saved me a lot of money by not having to buy an entirely new carpet for my condo. A really great alternative, both money- and environmental-wise.It would have been helpful to have the ability to get a ball-park quote or sense of rates before booking. That's my only critique!

Just purchased a house in burnaby everything is perfect except the basement carpet wrinkles. From online research I learned that we can * stretched * it to the original shape. so I googled few keywords and found Curly S carpet. They are able to do the job the next day. The owner is very nice and humble, he runs the business for 35 years in Canada and US border. He’s doing a great job making the carpet like new again! The carpet is now completely flat. I am very happy with the result. Thank you.

I found Curly’s Carpet Repair after using Google and checking online reviews for different companies. Pablo knows his stuff and stretched our carpet perfectly - he brought equipment that I wish my previous installer had used to do it right the first time. Based on the online reviews and my own observations I am extremely confident with the meticulousness and thoroughness of his work that we will not have any more problems in the future and would highly recommend him to others!
