Maison Privee - Place Ville Marie

The online reservation system is great, easy way to reserve an exact time and I've never had to wait around needlessly. I've been twice both times with Kevin and he gives an excellent hair cut, very friendly and fast. This place has become my go to for a great haircut without the long wait or slow service I've seen at so many places.

I have been going to this barbershop for the last year or so, and every single time I leave with a fresh, dope haircut. All the staff is polite and always greet you as soon as you walk in. S/O to Nader, he’s very friendly, truly enjoys what he does and is extremely professional. I couldn’t be happier with his work. If you haven’t been there yet, you’re missing out!

The entire shop needs a course in customer service before they are allowed to pick up a pair of clippers again. Both times I had an appointment the barber was late, second time not only late but didn't show. When you enter the shop noone acknowledges you or attempts to help you. Don't waste your time with these amateurs

Sacha has been nothing but amazing to me for the last 5 years of serving me. He is more than tattoos and good looks, he is a master of his craft. Every time I come to my appointment on time as it is decency when booking appointments in any fields, I am served with nothing but respect and the biggest smile by the entire staff.An hour long appointment feels like 10 minutes with Sacha as I am lucky to be let in his wonderful and never boring world. By the end of it I leave with a haircut and beard trim done to perfection, I also leave entertained and with all the stress of my week behind.Every time I leave I look forward to the next appointment with Sacha. from cutting my hair before my wedding to before my wife giving birth, he has truly been there for me at every major event of my life and I could not have counted on someone better to make sure I look good for all of them.Do yourself a favor and book yourself an appointment with him. You will not regret it!

Worst customer service! Had an appointment at 10, guy shows up late and takes a walk-in without even asking who I was and if I had an appointment. Two other employees showed up late, didn't even acknowledged me, took walk-ins. I had to get up and ask who was the barber just to see he was already giving a cut. And they have the guts to ask 35$ for a cut and trim?Edit after answer: You don't get to judge how bad the experience was at that location and I really don't care about how you feel about the rating MY experience deserves. This just shows how bad your company lacks customer service. Have a great day too!

Very disappointed. Last 2 or 3 times I took an appointment would receive a text last minute giving me a reason why my appointment needs to be cancelled (it's the barbers day off, he doesn't have the keys, ect.). Then when my appointment doesn't get cancelled, I am there on time but 2 clients waiting before me, so we area talking at least 1 hour wait... Considering the lack of professionalism and lack of consideration (parking is 5$ an hour), I just left and will never be returning. Too bad really liked this place and have been going for a few years but the service (and lack of) is ridiculous.

Very bad service from Nico. I made an appointment on their website a week ago and got my appointment changed 30 minutes before my appointment the day of. Nico, told me that he was too busy cutting hair at his own business and forgot to let me know that he wasn't going to arrive. I do not recommend that anybody spends their time and money at this establishment since they clearly don't care about their customer's time.

Not impressed with their service.My appointment being at 4:30 today.After making me wait 30min, they tell me i need to wait another 30min cause he needs to take another client. Seriously??
