I have been coming here for years. Adam, the manager has been a constant for 11 years. He is professional, informative and very friendly. He and his staff are fantastic. I highly recommend getting your vehicle needs done at Lube City, Stony Plain.

This was first time using these guys for an oil change. They had a promotion which brought me in. Service was prompt. I spoke primarily with Danny. He was extremely professional and polite explaining every step of the process and mentioning suggested maintenance without feeling like he’s trying to “sell you something”. I used to sell cars and expected to get the “salesman experience” walking in to a smaller shop which I certainly did not get and that was very refreshing. The manager was also very friendly asking if I was satisfied with the service I was getting today. Overall great experience, don’t forget to ask for Danny!

These guys are great and super professional. The extra checks they provide are reassuring and help me monitor the condition of my car without having to pay for a mechanical inspection. They let you know when things aren't right and can sometimes fix them for you right then and there.

I have been dedicated to these guys for years! Adam has always been a pleasure to deal with and the main reason I’ve gone back for years, I trust that things are done correctly and they are also very quick. I was also pleasantly surprised with some of the younger newer guys he’s got in there. The last few times I’ve been in there, they were helpful and knowledgeable and took the time to show me to how access certain things myself if ever needed. Very satisfied with them and will continue to bring all my vehicles there!

Adam and the staff at Lube City in Stony Plain are fantastic. They go above and beyond when servicing my vehicle. Service is extremely professional and quick, and the price is right. Shout out to Danny for giving me the best service I've ever gotten while doing an oil change. He was just natural with his politeness and phenomenal customer service. He was so great that I don't even want to know if the other workers have good or bad customer service, I only want him to service my vehicle. I have a great experience every time I go to get my oil changed at Lube City! They are never pushy, they are friendly, and they are extremely understanding that I am never someone to get my oil changed A) on time and B) I am probably never going to get my cabin air filter changed until it is completely ruined!Thanks crew for always taking care of me!!

Decided to come for an oil change this past fall. Was surprised at with how prompt the technician was in opening the door and getting right to business. I was impressed with how knowledgeable the young man was with the variety of services they could offer especially since I drive an import. A very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable staff. I will definitely be coming back and recommend this business to all my friends and family.
