My first few years were rough, the school did not have a decent management system, ESL, and, the staff left a lot to be desired.

One of the best schools in the area. Staff is really nice & friendly. Teachers are v. cooperative & responsible. Vice Principal is working hard for the school while always having a smile on her face.

Unresponsible staff , teachers if any case about money like for pizza they can find ways to contact you email, phone call but if your child sick crying have fever they even not try to do something , when you call they said we called you one time you didnt take and when you say : why you didnt try to reach by email they say just sorry, they care only about money if money they will find way for sure

Great school… as a newcomer family we have never worried about our daughter. Daycare stuff(thanks to both Ruth&Ann) are so friendly, very helpful. We sent our daugher 3 years in this school all the teachers are great, working hard to teach more. Communication with the teachers were easy and they let us know weekly curriculum. Thank you all the stuff and teachers❤️ best school!!!

Yorkview Public School
I attended Grades 3-6 at Yorkview in 1973-1977. My teachers were, in order, Mrs Holker (no nonsense), Mrs Lennie (calm and patient), Mrs Knack (funny), and Mrs Beck (kind, older English lady). I remember all of them fondly and learned much from each of them. Most of the students were fine, but there were a few who didn't treat me so well. Looking at you, Robert Duthie and Art Edwards.I am so glad to see French immersion here! Back in the 1970s, they had just started offering French language in Grade 4.
