A very lovely place TOP 1 insurance brokers for me. I have 6 cars and everything is being taken care by them. Everything is done very very fast. They wont say anything like other brokers will do to scare you off. Im very happy that I went here to get my first car’s insurance. You will only get a service which is very reliable, trustworthy, fast, and friendly from this location.I WILL RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO GET THEIR INSURANCE FROM THIS LOCATION.

Absolutely fantastic service! Both Jen and Natasha went above and beyond with five minutes to close renewed my policy over the phone/email when no other agent wanted to bother. They were very professional, polite and and did it all in very quick order. Thank you!

Our go to insurance place, they are helpful and honest. Staff has always tries to get my husband the best coverage he can get with what we have for income at the time, we have a travel trailer, utility trailer, a large pickup and recreational vehicles and this is our only stop to insure them.

The service is the standout here. The gentleman that was helping me was easy to talk with and very helpful. He did 2 things I thought was above and beyond the call. First he suggested I get a photo of the mileage on my car for potential savings next year. Second he reminded me my license was up for renewal soon. Now I know these aren't ground breaking things but when times are more difficult it's the little things that go a long way.Oh and buy the way the rates were lower than my previous insurer.

Just across the street from my office and open Superstore hours, the location is superb! And the service is top notch, they are always very knowledgeable and efficient. Any questions that I have are always answered well and I have the greatest confidence in them as my insurance broker.

Lady with the short blonde hair was extremely rude. I told her icbc had covered my plates and I don’t need to pay for them while cancelling my insurance and she rolled her eyes at me. I gave her my claim number and she did not call icbc to confirm this and still charged me. Once I was home I called to complain and was told that I was in the wrong. I then told her that she is supposed to call icbc to confirm that my plates are covered and I do not need to pay them and so she did and told me to come back to take a cash refund. This should have been done the first time I was in store instead of her rolling her eyes at me in disbelief. When I got back to retrieve my cash refund she said to me “I don’t know who you think you are” and walked back to her desk yelling at me to “have a nice day” in a very passive and aggressive tone. She looks and acts like a Karen lol.This is not the first experience I have had here where the brokers don’t believe me and are rude. The first time I went it was a different lady with a lazy eye and she did not believe my story either. She told me to call icbc and so I did, once I got back to her she said “what’s the story this time”.I wouldn’t go here the people seem miserable and 3/3 people were rude lmao

Courtney handled the transfer of our new to us SUV. She really knew her stuff and was straight up about everything. I would come back here again.

Got there on September 1st 2022, the gates were already locked and nobody was there at 8:50. There was no employee in sight. I would not say these are professionals, because they pack up and leave before they should, if a business says open until 9 IT SHOULD BE OPEN UNTIL 9. Very disappointing honestly
