Outstanding quality oils and vinegars. I bought from the stall on Granville Island, the stall holder was very kind and knowledgable and I’m delighted with my purchases (lemon olive oil made with whole crushed lemons!) and white raspberry balsamic

Went here recently with my boyfriend in search of a cruet. What we found was so much more!!! No cruets here, but MAN OH MAN they have a tasting bar for flavoured olive oils and balsamic vinegars? Sounds strange, but seriously just go there and taste a few. We ended up leaving with a Persian Lime Olive Oil , Coconut Balsamic, and Blackberry Peach Balsamic (?); these combinations are AMAZING on salads! Will return. Will give as gifts. Wish they had small gift sets with 3x 20ml bottles because these would be GREAT as gifts!

Their flavoured balsamic vinegars are very excellent! I got their raspberry, and the espresso, and they are good on ice cream, and mixed with sparkling water to make a shrub. Delicious!

Amazing staff; super informative and friendly. Taught me lots about olive oil and made really good recommendations for the gifting. They have amazing balsamic vinegar selections with some really unique flavours. The chocolate one is fantastic on vanilla ice cream.

The traditional balsamic is out of this world and is all natural! A couple of my favorites here include: Mango white balsamic, Persian lime olive oil, garlic olive oil. You can get really creative with the flavors and everything is as natural as they can be. Just ask the ladies there for help if you can't decide; you get to taste all of the olive oil and vinegars too!

Got the Espresso and Dark Chocolate Balsamic vinegars. Slight aromas of each when I open the bottles. When I tried both of them with bread, I got simply the nice fruity balsamic taste. The chocolate was a bit thicker than the Espresso. I tried them again with a plain extra virgin olive oil on bread but could still only taste balsamic. Then I tried a spoon of each and could detect coffee and chocolate.Later I tried the Dark Chocolate again with avocado and could taste the chocolate clearer. Now I'm getting into them so I will experiment and see what foods bring out the flavours. I'm also curious to try both on vanilla ice cream.So far we've had the Arbequina olive oil, and the BlackBerry Ginger and Fig Balsamic vinegars, all delicious. Will be back for more.BTW, I see some comments mentioning there is only street parking, but there is an underground parking lot accessed from the alley behind Trafalgar Mews. Otherwise there are non-metered spaces on Larch and Trafalgar above and below Broadway.Daniel

They have high quality of olive oil, Staffs are very knowledgeable and trusted. You can taste the oil so you can more closely to choose your favour oil. The taste is amazing and very flavourful.since I met them I only buy this olive oil.

These guys used to have a booth in Granville island, their white balsamic vinegars are to die for. I’ve had several over the years and am currently on their peach orchard , which has a strong intense flavour, and pairs really well with goat cheese, or mixed with a bit of olive oil and used as a salad dressing.
