Today at drive thru, i had the worst experience i believe the employee was sukhpreet. There was a car parked in drivethru lane and i was shocked to see something like that in 24/7 location so i went to drive thru window and this worker didnt even apologize for the incovenience and told me that today we r closed tonight since im only here for the cleaning and that she blocked the drive thru lane ?? are you kidding me !? Overall she didnt even apologize with this attitude and upon asking about manager’s name she shut the window on me . Seriously that’s what you learn in your training module ?? if you cant provide any services atleasts be respectful to your customers !!! I won’t be going back to this location!!

I repeat my order twice steap tea 2 milk 2 sugar , instead of listening my order she started make my English perfectThen she messed up my order n make coffee double double..Make sure the team should focus on the order rather then teaching the english accent to brown boys its your work place not a English teaching institute

Well I went for a Orange Ginger sparkling quencher and it tastes like nothing. First of all when she gave me the drink it was clear as day, no flavor. Then I ordered m&m cookies and they were burnt! Not happy with this location and everyone needs to check the quality of their purchase before leaving the drive thru. I wish I had checked my order now I'm stuck with garbage

Today first time I visited (Milton Tim Horton ). My first experience was really bad there . I ordered strawberry creamy chill & when I used to drink I see a small hair over the cream . I will never visit again that Tim where quality of food / drink is so bad .There must be some quality supervisior

Thank you Tim Hortons for crushing my bagel. Please just take an extra 2 seconds to carefully cut this. The prices at Tim Hortons make them very comparable to other bagel/coffee shops who have MUCH better quality food. I would hesitate to purchase another bagel from Tim Hortons. If I can see where your fingers crushed my bagel it becomes quite a bit less appetizing

My second review on this location “Hello Tims Horton Headoffice” this location is very unprofessional, staff is not friendly at all and when I got home and opened up my order. It was missing a hash brown and the tomato in my bagel had the stem on it. Are you kidding me! I have found that the quality and service at Tim Hortons has gone down and this makes me not want to make anymore future purchases. They need quality control especially in this location. Asap. Pretty soon all Tim’s Hortons in Milton are going to be garbage.

I always go through the drive thru whenever I am passing through. Always get my order correct and even when it seems like the line of cars is very long, it seems to move quickly. Only constructive criticism is they need to smile more, it’s a service industry so that will make customers feel like you care.

Wanna get some attitude? visit this drive-through late in the night! How do you give a customer service job to someone who not only lacks it, but is actively poking their attitude at the customer multiple times within 3 minutes?The older caucasian lady at the drive through yells “oh my goodness” because i asked her to leave the sweetener and cream on the side.Then she tells me “I don’t even know what you’re saying” when I confirm my order to her.Then she gives me an ice coffee instead of an ice cap and blames me that I “should’ve been more specific” andthen rudely rushes me to take my order while I take three seconds to pass the coffee to my family member. And even though i try to not react throughout, butthen she has the audacity to make a face and yell “please and Thankyou?”Wow. I’m just tryinna imagine what would’ve happened if I ordered more than a simple order of a medium coffee and ice-cap..

I have been one of the regular drive thru customers of this location and I nearly threw up in my car when a hair came in my mouth from their steeped tea. I came back to the location and showed them the cup with the hair in it, there was no empathy at all and I asked them for a manager but they mentioned none of the managers are there at this time. I understand that the managers may work at a different time but one would expect them to write down the customer’s number and have the manager call them back. I don’t think I will be coming back to this location again.
