Super friendly and helpful staff!

Awful customer service.The delivery guy never tried to contact me when he was here so that I could pick up my order and pay fees (which is the option on their official website to pay when the delivery person is here) and just left. When I contacted their hotline (after many attempts as they say that they work until 11 pm but at 5 pm already a robotic voice says that they are closed for today) the guy said that he will send me a special form, and guess what, he never did. And now I’m waiting for my order for more than a week with no option to contact them.Terrible service, I wish I could have a choice never to use this delivery service ever again.

Dropped off my iPhone trade-in kit. Everything is perfect. Owner helped me to pack my phone in the box.
