I had an issue that I needed help with yesterday. I came in there as a frustrated consumer not understanding auto mechanic terms and items. I received the EXACT help I was looking for and the people did it with a smile, even though I accidentally knocked over an employees cup of tea.Specifically AMIR and JOSH went out of their way to help me with the return of a defective part that I had. The best in the city and at good price; everything you want, they have in the store or could bring in few hours. If you want something special like 'car door edge protector', be sure they have all the information in the market.

I've been pulling wrenches on all mine and a lot of my friends and their friends vehicles for a little longer than 30 years now. The Imperial st. location Westcan is the fastest and most efficient parts store I've ever dealt with since moving to the mainland 6 years ago. I recommend this store to anyone that mentions needing a part for a vehicle. Phone ahead for the parts you need and if they're not in-house they'll have them there from their warehouse in 2hrs, everytime. I really doubt that other reviewer actually stepped inside the door letalone had to chase them down for anything. Knowledgeable staff, solid local network and prices that make lordco like like a joke. It's an actual 'no-brainer'

I've come to this location for a few other parts before for my vehicles and the staff were fast and efficient in getting me everything I needed at competitive prices.Today I dealt with Aamir and he was immediately very helpful with looking for the parts I needed and made an effort to look for the ones I asked about extensively even though their phones were ringing off the hook. He made sure I had everything I needed and wasn't making me feel rushed at all.He even made a corporate discount happen when I asked about it. This is my go to auto parts store - they have the best prices and go out of their way to help you find what you need. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended.

Please have your drivers following the rules of the road. Speeding through 30km/h zones and going the wrong way around a round about. This is serious when you are driving into oncoming traffic in bike routes. Stupid and lazy, not to mention illegal.

If you want honest, quick, professional and efficient service, I recommend dealing with this store. Sirak has been an absolute rock star to me these last few months during covid: finding parts nobody else has, and in an efficient and affordable manner!5 stars for Westcan and 5 stars for Sirak. :)
