I had an awesome experience Sunday morning joining the Fascial Yin yoga class with Kate Ryan @yogawithkate. Left the CCP clinic feeling great. Kate is a highly experienced yoga instructor. It really shows how much she cares about her students as she guides you through your yoga practice. She is patient, kind and supportive. Kate is truly a yoga gem.
