Passed by the other day and got help from the sweetest boy. Hasnan was very helpful throughout my entire visit in the store, went back and forth to get me shoes tailored to my feet and amazed me when he explained all their functionalities through and through. I also loved the discounts they had to offer in store. Will definitely be returning!

I went to this store as I had heard of the 3 D machine and I have a tough foot to shoe. The salespeople there are beyond friendly, knowledgeable , super cooperative. They even did a difficult exchange . These are the most comfortable, long-day-on-your-feet proof runners I have ever worn. I'm on my 3rd pair, still using my 1st but they are delegated to dog duties ! No they are not cheap. But 3 yrs + and still not quitting ? On my way back to the store soon....

Excellent store : The staff was very knowledgeable and humble, best part they have scanner to measure your shoe size. They have wide range of running shoes, though they got limited winter shoes at this time. But I had great experience visiting this store. :)

Nice selection. For some reason only one employee is capable of operating the cash register and if she's on the phone you are stuck. Other staff will do nothing meanwhile. Offered to tape the box as they had no bags. And they use outdated terminals incapable of android/apple pay. OK for a discount store; not for a brand store. Otherwise acceptable, just subpar experience.

I had a doctors prescription .for wide.weight everywhere else didnt have them .every shop told me go new balance .wasnt to pricey 220 tax in. .very helpful staff

Went to the New Balance store today, Montreal location. Maxim helped me and he was fantastic! Professional, attentive and patient. He went above and beyond to help me with the right shoe and size and even went back multiple times to find my size. Bought two amazing pairs of shoes thanks to Maxim. Amazing service! My experience today was one to remember. The employees were very helpful, especially the two girls that were working there. They went back and forth to get the size that I needed. It's tough to have your size unavailable but it's the downfall of retail. Would recommend anyone to go there. Employees were awesome, excellent customer service.

Worst customer service ever. I stood there for 10 minutes and no one ever acknowledged me, didn't even say hello. They all were just chatting amongst themselves. Definitely made eye contact with employees and they just looked away. Had to grab a shoe and go towards one of them for a size. When I asked if there was any of my size elsewhere the giy at the cash reacted as if I was asking the strangest question. No more.
