F45 Training Stonebridge Sask

I've just finished my 10th class at F45 Stonebridge and can totally feel a difference in my strength. I'm down inches and have more energy. What I love the most though is the energy in the class, the coaches are so motivating and helpful and you're in and out in 45 minutes. The workouts are fun and always different and totally take the thinking out of it which I love. Looking forward to the next class! Thanks F45 Stonebridge!

Really friendly and knowledgeable trainers. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and confident, including giving you that extra push you need to make the work out more challenging or providing modifications to meet you where you are. I would 100% recommend.

F45 is truly life changing!You are coached by some of the most sweetest and most professional trainers. They make you feel welcomed and comfortable! I have never liked going to the gym, but after a few sessions here, I was immediately hooked! I signed up for their free 7 day trial and ended up signing up for a membership! :)This gym welcomes EVERYONE. Whether you are new to the fitness world (like I was) or an expert, the trainers and the F45 community will never let you feel left out!

An absolutely amazing gym worth joining!The trainers are phenomenal! They greet you with a smile every time and are always happy and energetic to be there. They always ensure you’re doing the exercises correctly as to avoid injury. If you’re looking discouraged or exhausted during the workout they’ll come cheer you on or even do the exercises with you.The F45 studio is bright, organized, and always clean. The equipment is in tip top shape and they have tons of weights for every fitness level. The workouts are continually changing and they offer numerous classes throughout the day so no matter your schedule you’ll be able to make it to at least one!Also the owners are absolutely amazing! They know literally every member by name. They are continually improving their gym and the way they serve their members.

The most inclusive atmosphere with the best trainers. These people genuinely want to be there to help and support you through your fitness journey, wherever you may be starting from. I've seen them cater their classes to people based on experience, injuries, and/or goals. So refreshing to see such a nuturing environment. Can we PLEASE get a Regina location?! PLEASE!

First of all, the staff make this F45 location an amazing place to start/continue your fitness journey. I always felt intimidated going to gyms or fitness classes because of my lack of experience and knowledge. However, the coaches are super approachable and help you throughout the workout to ensure you are pushing yourself to the max! They also help you with your technique so you don't injure yourself. Most memorable of all, is the fact that they actually take the time to get to know you and remember little things like your name and fitness goals.The workouts are quick and effective, and before you even have time to complain, you'll be done the workout. Highly recommend F45!

This is an amazing gym for everyone! Just show up and the coaches and the wall mounted screens will walk you through the workout! You don't need to think about what exercises you should do at this gym. The workouts are designed so well to get a great workout everytime. The coaches ask each person how they are doing and if they have any injuries so they can modify movements! Great community atmosphere!

Great environment, great trainers. One of the best places to get a work out in and there is tons of variety. Highly recommend it.

I've only been to 10 classes now, but in all honesty, I couldn't recommend F45 enough and especially the Stonebridge team! The mood, especially during morning sessions(which are my jam) are pretty sick!If you're looking to get pumped and workout to some great beats with some fantastic peeps, I highly recommend! Yes, I'm throwing in all the cheese, but it is what it is, a great time!Loving the early morning sessions and though I was initially a bit nervous signing up, having no prior experience working in classes alongside coaches, it's honestly the chillest of vibes and the coaches make you feel so comfortable, all while pushing you towards your goals!I'd definitely check em out if you're at all interested and I look forward to next year with these guys!Cheers!
