My Indian passport cancellation was a little bit painful. Had to go twice with the application. OCI application was really smooth. Quick and the lady I was assigned to, MANDEEP, was really helpful with the OCI application. Gagan helped with making copies of my documents. Overall experience was good.

What a wonderful experience it was visiting this office for my passport renewal.The gentleman at the reception is very efficient in managing the people waiting in queue without being rude.The officer who assisted me with my passport renewal was Sonal and she was great - friendly yet professional, and extremely efficient. She delivered clear communication on what documents are required and the expected timeline. It was a pleasure dealing with her. I was in and out in just 5 minutes!!!

Visited BLS Calgary for passport reissue submission and was truly amazed with the exceptional customer service. The person at the front desk welcomed warmly and was very polite in treating all the clients. The service was very fast. The staff is very helpful in getting you to submit the documentation, they do print any missed documents for us and they do it with a smile on face :)

Excellent Service being provided at the BLS Calgary.I visited their office without an appointment, they welcomed me, and provided me the service, guided me with my application and made photocopies without any charges.Way to go. Keep up the excellent work.

Read my comment you will save200$ from the BLS call center in India.Any application you want to submit to the Consulate General of India in Vancouver from Calgary. You may have to go through the BLS website. You do prepare all your packages as mentioned in the BLS site (Passport, renewal, visitor visa, OCI etc.,)Now when it comes to submitting the application do not call from the google search (BLS Calgary) this will directly connect you to the Indian BLS call center.Once you are connected to them you lose 200 CAD for couriers which is not needed.They won't recommend at all to visit local BLS Calgary. They will make you to pay a prepaid Purolator courier service which is close to 200CAD.Once you made your package ready visit BLS Calgary physical location just looking at opening hours.They are very professional and quick.5star to all the people working here.My application worked by mani.Good luck everyone with your applications
