They staff here are so amazing and kind. They make sure you have a great experience. Unfortunately I'm very disappointed with the lash retention. I've had them on for 6 days and they are mostly all gone. I don't wear make up or use any product with oils in them. I've had lashes done at other places and never had something like this happen:(
