Arrogant store manager & unprofessional staff. They made mistake in entering email, so won't get the discount coupon they promised but like it's our fault they will be like, u call here & there

Carol is the worst representative in the whole of Children's place. I tried to control myself and not have a confrontation with her. She should not be the face of the company. I felt so embarrassed today but the two representatives who helped me were great. I will never go back to the store. She had accused my then 5 year daughter of shoplifting at one time when everything she had on was purchased from Children's place She had a purse that we had purchased before and Carol approached her asking back for the purse. Today she kept speaking about me and the transaction I was doing as if I was not there. At the end she had to shout across the store asking how much money i saved after a coupon was applied. You see I had bought much for my daughter over the Covid time and shopped online for her and my Grand kids. Some stuff i bought 2 sizes in as she had grown. I went to return some but so she Rude, unhelpful and talks a lot. Not all black people are the same and I will advise Carol to stop judging people and not because your life is miserable you should want to make someone else's miserable too. It's the love of God that constrained me today.

Passive-aggressive behavior from staff. Left the store after less than 5 minutes. I'm a frequent buyer at The Children's Place, and i never felt so unwelcome at one of their stores. My interaction with the lady that welcomed us was extremely uncomfortable, seriously needs to improve their human interactions and costumer service skills.

This is a bad experience for me the children's place the staff was screamed at me when I was putting the item back on the shelf very bad experience for me and I don’t want to go back!! And I will advise my friend that well

The worst location and poor customer service. I regret shopping at this location on Christmas Eve 2019 as it was a total waste of my time. Poor selection and lack of selection all year round. Items not in order and different prices when you arrive at cash. They need to fire the two store managers who verbally insulted and harrassed me out of the line and out of the store. Others who witnessed the situation advised that this behavior has happened many times before... They also have another female store associate who is only concerned with catering to individuals from her ethnic community!!! Note to the CHILDREN'S PLACE HEAD OFFICE" you need to fire the entire staff lineup and rehire better people or just shut your doors!!!!"

Very very helpful staff working here. The customer service is excellent. We purchase clothes for the kids here frequently and have not been disappointed. Please stock more stretchy jeans for boys. Overall the store is neat, clean and well organized. You can stack 20% off your purchase coupons when buying sale items as well.

I frequently shop at The Children's Place, for my daughter's clothes. I have been to several locations, but the Woodbine Centre location is my favourite by far. The staff is the best I have come across - super friendly and helpful. All in all, the quality of the clothes are decent and very affordable.

The Worst location ever. Customer services is very very poor.

It's a good place especially if you want to shop for your kids.Loads of variety and affordable stuff too for the babies.It has a good quality as well.I will definitely recommend it.Five stars.Everything is properly organized in this shop.Employees and friendly and welcoming.Neat and clean.Most important it is inside the mall so you can eat and then go for some baby shopping.

Got the cutest outfits for my granddaughter. She's holding the bag with her presents.
