Just had SUCH a wonderful experience. I got to meet the owner/operator, and she was sooo nice. I missed out a 2G2G order because it was one of my kiddo's birthdays. Owner said, NO PROBLEM! Want would you like? Wow.. Just also had a taste and it was very very nummy. Big props to the BIG ORANGE! NOMNOM.

Classic bubble tea flavours. Strawberry, taro and coconut along with some fresh fruit slushes. This place used to be cool back in the day. Now they're lagging behind a million of new bubble tea shops that offer lavender and other new funky flavours along side of cool toppings like grass jelly, for about same price. They should at least offer customization (less sweet, half sweet, no ice) as a few times I asked for half sweet, it was still way over-sweetened.

Has gone really downhill since the change in owners.The first time I went, after the two young people argued in chinese for a while, the young female gave me a drink without ice. Once I went back to complain it was way too warm and it should have ice, she tried to convince me it is normal to have bubble tea without ice.Second time, my husband's taro milk tea was so weak, it mostly tasted like just milk. Ironically my passionfruit bubble tea was so strong it felt like it was just dumped with syrup. This one was made by a middle aged woman.Either way, won't be coming back again which is a shame since I loved the last owners. Little Tea shop in metrotown is 1000% better since reopening.

I visited this place twice. The first time they were out of pearls and gave me the wrong flavour drink. The second time they were also out of pearls and forgot to give me my change!!! I had to ask for my change! The good part is the milk teas taste good.

Terrible customer service. If I could give them a zero, I would. Went to order a milk tea with pearls and they ran out. I asked if I could just get my money back and she offered to give me 50% off because she already made my drink. No offence but it makes sense to check your stock if plan on offering a key ingredient in your drinks.

Bubble tea made of powder and not mixed properly. It's the worst tea I had till now. I do not recommend it. Won't come back. Awful experience

Wonderful service every time! New owners took over a few months ago (don't know exactly when) but every visit I've had in the past two months has been fantastic. The staff recognize me and have my favourite drink memorized. Service is usually quick and if they're busy they communicate accurate wait times and still are prompt in their drink making. I highly recommend this place if you're in the Lougheed Mall area :)
