Overall happy with my vehicle purchase from Sera Motors. John was nice to talk to and made the car buying and registration process easy. Unfortunately, the vehicle I purchased had some unforeseen issues after purchase (even though it was certified), for example, I discovered the tail lights weren't working and the washer fluid pump was broken, adding up to about an extra $375 repair bill. I had a second inspection from a third party mechanic pre-purchase, and they discovered that it needs about $200 worth of work on the suspension, which is fine. I anticipated things such as this popping up however, as it is a rebuilt vehicle and the price was very fair. I would've preferred to have a vehicle in total working order since it was certified, but I am happy with my purchase. Thanks for the great car!

I bought a 2018 Dodge Caravan. I am satisfied with the vehicle and with the customer service. They did body work on my other vehicles and the jobs were nice.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. We drove an hour to come purchase a vehicle from the owner and we called in to notify him that we were 15 mins late and he got extremely angry on the phone and told us to turn around and that he would not sell us the vehicle. Something we never experienced ever!!!! Stay away!!!

Unfortunately i had a terrible experience with this place. Purchased the green Taurus he currently has for sale on Auto trader less than a month ago. Took the car to my mechanic and they found multiple things wrong and the car shouldn't have passed a safety. Shame on you Jon Sera.The only good thing was he gave me back my money.Buyer beware with this guy!!!!! Read all the reviews as this seems to be a trend over several years.

Lucky to even have 1 star... half ass job. Wanted to reuse broken parts on my brand new car. Didn't even fix all the parts. Expected us to tell him what all needed to be fixed.. the last time I checked he was the repair/mechanic. I was the customer. Never will go back or refer to anyone

My husband and I bought our first family vehicle , a Dodge caravan, from Sera motors. It was a quick an easy process and we received excellent customer service.

John at Sera Motors has been such a wonderful pleasure to work with. We purchased a dodge carvan from him. It was in perfect condition, and his patience, support, and service was impeccable.John is kind and caring, and is dedicated to his craft of working with Cars. I would highly recommend using Sera Motors, and would happily do so again.

Very good shop to get work done, John does honest work for a reasonable price. I had 2 of my car's painted here 1 for rust repair and 1 for an accident. Both turned out well and I was very happy with the quality of work as well as the price.

Great place to have your car fixed owner also changed my headlights for my Volkswagen Jetta at free price with checkup and diagnostics that was done in my car highly recommend to go get your car fixed tuneup or any other type of job to get done at this place
