Justus Smith was very available and responsive when we wanted to view prospective houses to buy. He pointed out possible features or issues that we never considered and had ideas for renovations along with how much they would cost. Justus even kept our kids entertained as we were viewing houses and his moving truck came in very handy on possession day.
