1st Rate Plumbing lives up to it's name. I've used Steve exclusively for the last 3 properties I've owned in the Gimli area. He's honest, reliable and personable. He can get busy like all good businesses do, but in an emergency, he's always answered the bell for me.

We had a SEVERE issue with our plumbing in our upstairs bathroom; got Steve and his crew out to deal with it. They had to remove the existing bathroom faucet and solder on new shut off valves; install the vanity and faucet; remove existing tub valve and backing and install a new tub/shower valve and new Shower head pipe; remove a clogged drain pipe and replace with new, as well as various other related jobs.OUTSTANDING service and would definitely recommend! Extremely professional!

We had two badly leaking taps and Brent spent the better part of a day dealing with them - they were so encrusted with calcium deposits and rust; it was a hard job. Then he checked our water softener and adjusted it. He worked quietly and unobtrusively until the job was done. The price was extremely reasonable, and I liked their online billing procedure. thanks so much.

Called for a quote showed up looked over job got a call 1 weeks later not interested in job what kinda company knit picks jobs this job was in arborg stay away from these guys like previous poster said I should have listened to his advice

I had no water for 2 weeks and Steve was the only plumber that would send his guys to come help out, my pipes were too frozen for them to do any work and my husband got it going but we appreciate the effort they made considering the distance they had to travel, 1st rate plumbing came highly recommended by another plumber that was unable to service the call, we will always highly recommend Steve and his crew for any plumbing needs.

This is hands down the best plumber I have ever dealt with. Steve and his team persevered and put in many hours fixing a challenging blocked sewer problem at our cabin. The bill was less than what I expected. Truly first rate!
